I ran 82mm and 90mm with no hiccup but also having a good tune for your set up is the ticket. If you need a tune, PM me.
Brooke of course a good tune is needed no doubt but as denroll knows that the hiccup (lean issue) is real and that’s what probably popped his motor years ago too

Just saw the video
thats just the plate
you still need to port and bore out the plenum
thats where the money goes
you can get the plate but all that does is make the 82mm tb be able to screw in, the plenum will only still allow 74mm of air

or just numbers on paper

Makes a big difference better response down low is harder as well an doesnt fall off at the top end either. If i didnt get the hiccup id be still using it
More air going into the blower, what do you think will happen? Of course it makes more power lol
you will most likely feel it on top end more
I knew there will be power just want to know the feel and at which end if high end there is still much easier thing i can do
thank you very much for helping me

So r u saying better response low end and more power power high end
Thank you all very much for the help now I know which benz 82 to use and what to port ?
i think i got all the information to build the cheapest tb for my build
The pictures are before I went in with a carbide bit and got every millatithair out of it. The concept is simple I built up weld that tapered out so the inlet, 90mm was the smallest point. Not a plate that was the biggest point to a mediocre whatever. This was done awhile ago I’ll see if I can get some better pics.

I am currently running the BBK 90mm throttle body and have been for several thousand miles. I drive my car a lot and have fun in it - no issues at all. I did replace every single gasket, seal and sensor when I pulled the blower. After final assembly, I smoke tested the motor and sorted a few issues that showed themselves. After that, I pressure tested the intake and listened/felt for leaks and fixed a few small leaks here and there. Now it is tight and has no leaks - no issues with the throttle body. No lean codes, no lean hiccups, no wild AFRs, no problems. It took a lot of time though.
