Low 10's
I finally got into the low 10's in my 2005 E55. Cutt's old car for those keeping track. I have spent 3 years building this car, reinforcing everything, and doing all the supporting mods. Last year was finally time to build the engine & trans now that everything else was reinforced. It was about 4200 lbs with me in it (this is a Pano E55 & is fully optioned). The car weighs 4,080 without me in it. Stall was 1,000. DA was -573 at 54 degrees. I am using CLK320 wheels on the rear and spares in the front. Tires are Hoosier DR2's with MT ET Fronts on the front.
Still tuned by Jerry @ Eurocharged. Thank you Jerry, Cnterline, and Cutt for helping me get here!! More to come. I am testing her this Saturday, trying for 10.2x. Then I will convert to E85, pulley down some more, and go for 9's this fall. If I get the E85 conversion done before it gets warm up north, I may have to travel to a track up north to try for 9's before summer.
Here are my timeslip & Dragy slip (1/4 mile & 60-130):
I'll be shooting for the single digits in my CLK this spring as soon as I get the engine together. Can't wait to join that 9-sec. club.

Yeah your CLK is gonna be a beast when it is finished! I can't wait to see it in the 9's.
Yep, getting there! I am seriously thinking about, after this weekend, installing the new fuel pumps. Then install the E85 flex fuel kit, retune it. Then drive to MIR for Ahmad's annual track rental in March.
Yep! And I just broke the rear-end.

Have to fix it and install an LSD while I am at it.Yes I have the Forced Induction Interchiller
And Hmm... You have me thinking now.....
