2005 E55 Amg cyl 8 misfire and smoke only out of left rear pipe

2005 E55 Amg cyl 8 misfire and smoke only out of left rear pipe
I have a 2005 e55 AMG w 70k on it has 70mm clutched vrp pulley long tube headers. Car was running fine no issues then misfire code came for cyl 8 replaced plugs and coils car is still misfiring and has smoking only out of the left rear tail pipe. Not smoke related to bad head gasket this is smoke from burning engine oil. Has anyone had experience w this before???

70mm - holy mother of torches!
Did you replace the wires?
Check compression...

Haven’t checked comp yet. Wores I didn’t change yet but couldn’t see that causing it to smoke out of the tail pipe.

im really hoping your wrong with that. But I’m kinda afraid that’s correct due to the smoke that’s pumping out of the left rear pipe only. I’m doing a compression test on it in the morning hoping for the best.

Well I did the compression test on cyl 8 and it has 30psi 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 guess I’m gonna let this thing sit for a while and figure out my other cars.
