why so many vendor threads in this forum?

why so many vendor threads in this forum?
geez - can we get a vendor sticky like in the W211 forum? I'm just here to learn about the W212 not buy every option for one (yet)

+2. I understand that sponsor's support this site financially, however, it would be nice to consolidate their posts in a sub-forum to eliminate all the "noise" caused here by daily bumps / new posts by the same sponsors flogging the same products.

I'm also curious how much biz they actually drum up ... Can't be too expensive to pay someone to post daily or create a 'bot' to post ads daily

As a vendor, all for this actually. Many other model forums have a vendor subforums under each model for us to advertise in, but several models unfortunately do not have this. It can get frustrating when trying to scroll through to find actual w212 owner topics, with the first legit topic on page 2.
That said, we do pay (heavily) to sponsor this forum and every vendor is in a race to get eyes on their products. I try to be somewhat respectful and only maintain one thread per model as opposed to some who seem to have a thread per product per model. MBWorld is one of the best forums out there, churning out users and posts at a great rate. I'll speak to my contacts over at Internet Brands to see if we can maybe revamp the 212 forums to have that vendor subsection
