Are tuned 12/13 faster than tuned 14+

from a dig on street tires awd is much faster
driveline loss between rwd vs awd is not a big as it used to be due to increases in efficiency of drivetrains as well..... also our awd system is more simple fixed ratio with less components, so less drivetrain loss than a more advanced audi quattro system (more components, more friction, more loss)
in that video it took 23 seconds from start of race for rwd to catch awd.... we know stock cars run the 1/4 mile in about 12 secs at 120mph, so seems in this video the rwd finally caught the Awd car at about 140+ mph since the race ended at 155 mph
so if you live near the autobahn get the rwd, if you dont hit speeds above 140+mph much, get the awd

keep in mind the efficiency advantage of rwd to awd isnt static or linear... at speeds under around 115mph the 2 are pretty close in terms if efficiency, but as frictions and heat builds up the gap in efficiency between rwd and awd starts to widen at high speeds over 115+
people tend to think rwd vs awd drivetrain loss differences are static (like always rwd is 7% more efficient, or something to that effect) , buts its not, at normal speeds awd and rwd drivetrain losses are pretty close, but at high speeds the Frictional torque in drivetrain is greater in awd because its function of speed, frictional surface (more of it in awd) and transmission frictional factor
the Frictional torque in drivetrain is different for every transmission and awd system, but when plotted on a graph in physics class back in college, the efficiency curve shape between awd vs rwd always looks the same, an exponential curve with efficiency being very close the first ~80% of the curve and then exponentially spreading out the last ~20%
hoping to get to the track in next few months though and once i do i will post results as i want to get a baseline before i do turbo upgrade as well
awd makes this thing hard to beat for most street cars with out slicks. Also smoked a 2015 gt500 on drag raidials. He even came up to me and was asking what the hell is done to that benz. When I told him it was stock his jaw dropped. He did not believe me so i said seriously look at the back still has the dealer temps. He looked then the questions started flying lol. Once i told him it was a 2014 with 14k miles and I told him how much I paid same as his car he was pissed
