Brake Pads and Tires every 10K Miles?

Hello all - We have a 2016 Wagon and are finding we.re replacing Front Tires and Rear pads every 10K Miles and Rear Tires and Front Pads every 20K.

1. Is this what other are seeing?
2. Are there any tire recommendations that might get us more miles out of a set?

BTW - the car is driven quite mildly by the wife 90% of the time.

Thanks!

2014 E63S; AMS 100 octane ecu tune; edok tcu tune; BB intakes; dyno tuned
You already have 20k miles on your 2016?

i replaces my bald summer oem tires at 15,000 miles and I drive mildly ... replaced with conti dws all season and expect to get many more miles out of these

at 20,000 miles my brakes are still good front and back

most will go through their rear pads sooner on these amg's

We took delivery July 2015 - it was one of the first 2016s I believe.

Not surprising that rears pads are toast before the fronts, however, yours seem to have expired quickly. The traction control system on my 2014 liberally applies rear brakes under acceleration and cornering. That being said, I've got about 22k miles and my rears are due for replacement, with the fronts not too far behind.

FF. W212 E63 M156 non-pano 18" P2 ParkT NightV (gone but will be missed).
Indeed, turn the traction control to sport will help with the lifespan of the rear pads.

i drive them all, fast and hard
i did all pads at 40000, car is 2012

original p0 tires rears gone at 17000, fronts were good, put them in the shed

PSS, fronts gone at 25000, primarily inner wall, due to camber, Rears are still decent, probably need to be changed soon ...they are at 30000 miles LOL

i just put my front pirellies back up front in mean time...will do some burnouts and then swap to PS4s

2015 e63 wagon, tuned B5 S4, 1970 BMW 2002, Toureg(wife's)
Just did the rear pads at 17k, down to 3mm. SA told me if I just did the pads, I may experience some squeaking. After a couple hundred miles, he's right. As I've complained before, front pirellis wore out at 7k and replaced all four at 13k after the cord started showing on the rears. so far much happier with the pss.

2018 GLC 43 & 2014 SLK 350, gone 2016 E63 Wagon
My 2016 wagon has 24K miles (daily driver) and I have not had to replace either the pads or tires yet (took delivery late June 2015). Using winter tires November to March helps for longevity of the summer tires.

Almost solely driven by wife, just shy of 30k miles, original tires at 50%, front and rear pads at 1/8" or 3mm. Got new EBC yellow stuff on the shelf.
We also switch to snow tires during the winter months so the tire reading isn't exactly telling all the truth.
Wagon is a 2014

Scheduled for our 20 service on Monday. Looking to swap over for porter field pads and expecting new rotors in the back and possibly on the front. Likely to stay with the OEM in the rear and Girodisc in the front.

AMG
25k miles on my 2014. Front pads at 50%, replaced rear pads recently at 30% as a proactive measure. Cheap insurance IMO...$340 installed at dealer, brake flush was $100.

I should get 45-50k miles out of front pads. Rotors every other pad change.
