Where to buy WIS and EPC? +2016

I am looking to buy (or download) WIS and EPC to use in reference to my 2016 E63. Only place I find it is eBay, but it's alarmingly cheap, $15? Could it be? Another problem is, it's on a CD and being 2018, i don't own a CD-ROM, haha. Literally not one at home or at work. Though i can work through that if this is the only route.

StarTekInfo.com is suppose to be a place I can download both, but I browsed that website and couldn't find it. Nothing on MBUSA either.

Any direction?

Keep searching eBay, there are some at $10 that give you a link to download the files. And yes, they're real, real knock offs that is. But if you get it to install and there's no malware on it, they're the real thing. I got one a few years back and it was fine. Kinda hard to figure out how to use though, not exactly the most user friendly piece of software.

This is the ebay guy i got my WIS/EPC DVD set from.... Easy to download and setup...

I think all owners need EPC to check parts and WIS for proper repairs. So this DVD set is a must.
I also have paid for a one year subscription for MBUSA EPC but it really isnt needed as long as u have one of these DVD EPC sets.

I ended up buying the one in the link below. Nice guy, responsive. It was $12.99 and available to download within minutes.

The file is huge (about 35GB) so download takes a while, but once it’s all done, works well. Though, it appears that I am accessing WIS/EPC through a server, it’s not actually on my computer, not 100% but ill double check.
