Stage 2 tune at 112,000kms?
Shops called XoticPowerHaus heres the ig: https://instagram.com/xoticpowerhaus...d=4g0kpi56p9bz
He has a sale on a stage 2 tune for $1500 he says it produces 740hp and I get custom downpipes as well as a burble tune. This week is the last before prices go back to normal. But I'm having second thoughts, maybe my car cant handle that at this age. (2014 E63s 112,000kms)

My cardiologist has some interesting advice for me - he said I would die of heart disease at some point in my life. But lifestyle changes and medication could keep it from happening at 60 instead of 80. I view a car tune the same way.

IMO, i would find a common tuner and talk to members, do research here on the dependable tune our community is running. Stay away from aggressive burbles, not healthy for the long run.
With tuning comes some changes, as mentioned, fresh new oem spark plugs tq'd correctly, air filters on check, more frequent oil changes, and oil level checks, a code reader, and if you have the time to research or a friend who has one, a quick datalog to show the health and performance post tune.
I dont see any reason a healthy, maintained M157 with a good known tune wouldnt love it

Would also get your fuel injectors checked for any irregular values and take a quick borescope of the cylinder walls to ensure no unusual wear which any reputable MB tuner should have the equipment and expertise to do.
