SPARTAN TUNE: AMS 100 octane tune - 730/780 @ wheels stock internals

SPARTAN TUNE BY AMS

Hey guys

I've been on this chase for the last two years to get this car as fast as possible and I've gone with the AMS 93 tune, the Eurocharged e40 tune, the EDOK tcu tune, and now my most favorite tune is the 100 octane AMS tune - the Spartan Tune!

thanks to Jake, Josh at AMS for Quickly and efficiently and expertly tuning my car on the Dyno to produce these amazing results. I'll get you dragy results for all you people that are very critical of these type of threads, and appropriately so!

I get no kickbacks from AMS whatsoever.

going from AMS93 and ECATX e40 tune - now with the "Spartan tune" (100 octane tune from AMS) the car is now fierce. Absolutely nuts. Also I have TCU tune from EDOK and black boost intakes. Tires are Michelin PSS.

2014 e63S that I bought new in 2014, now with 41,000 miles with brand new OEM plugs and stock gap and new coils. 100 octane Sunoco gas.

shifts are perfect, daily driving is perfect. The exhaust note is pure zen.

Another car same tune and mods:



this was a 75F day without a re-tune for black boost intakes. I had my dyno tune with all the mods in ... intakes and TCU tune.

My tune with another E63S tuned with same mods... tuned days apart, the other car is a 2015 with stage 2 colder plugs gapped at 0.022

I love seeing all these recent dyno threads, and the different "means to an end" employed by the different tuners.
Whether running race gas tunes or E blend tunes we all seem to attaining a similar level of performance with certain specific mods.

Congrats Raj! I think you'll give John a run for his money now....

Red start button is a mod he forgot to include which was good for 25HP and .1 reduction on his 1/4 time….. so close to stock still ))))

if you compare the hp graph of this AMS 100 octane with the one of Brutus tx with EC E40 tune you can see that the hp curve of this AMS tune is falling after 5k rpm way below 700whp when EC E40 go straight at 730/740 whp and both have tcu tunes and blackboost intake, any explanation?

and look at the dragy numbers they speak for themselves ... dyno curves are just pretty curves ...
