Ec s2 Track times

Started the night off with 11.6@118..car felt weird going into 4th every time, even after 4 runs. Thought maybe the gas bad. Car had almost a full tank of 93oct

Had a friend there with his s2 rs3 audi with full e85 and happened to have a 5 gal fuel tank with some quality e83 gas, so I added about 1 gal of e85 and after a few runs it started to feel better. I did log them with HPtuners but cant view them without the software(Used another friends laptop/cable) Not sure what to think? I know there is room for improvement on the 60ft, launching at 1800rpms with minimal spinnage from the rear end, suspension in comfort, all traction off and trans in s+ and about 3/4 gas, came to the track with almost a full tank btw.

From what i gathered, DA= 545, Temp=56*, I was not hot lapping it and did 20min cool downs after each run. I do need to do the pump rewire for sure

Attached is a log from one of my runs. Not sure if I'm reading this right, but seems like 30psi? Anyone see anything wrong besides over boosting and throttle closures

you have to substract your barometric pressure from your map reading to get the actual "boosted" psi ..

which if you do, makes only 10psi after shifting to 3rd which is weird. Unless SAE units are corrected to something that makes that sense. but if that was the case then you are making 18+ on the first gears which would be also kind of weird.

Have to wait till someone with knowledge reads it.

I figured it was a low time especially since DA was amazing considering its GLD and doesn't occur often.

The amg page on fb thinks either a airleak or bad map sensor

Just wanted to update the thread.

Got the car to ec Chicago and they diagnosed the issue to overgapped spark plugs. I did the plugs myself using the standard coin gap tool and they were gapped at 0.012, when I know for a fact I did them at 0.022(lesson learned, don't use the bs autozone gap tool, and use a feeler gauge) They remove all plugs, upgraded to step colder plugs and gapped at 0.024, and car is totally diffrent animal now.

Yea looks like the proper tool to use is a feeler gauage. I brought the plugs home, used a feeler gauge myself and sure enough wrong gap, used the old coin method and they showing 0.022(which supposed to be correct)
