Quote: Has any one made custom move with the always failing check vale? I have a thought of putting an inline check valve inline on the top of the motor where the vacuum line starts making a straight run. The check valve is off a volvo however the check valve has zero relief in in one direction ,as the crappy little stock one has relief in both directions . So i am unsure if this is a good idea or if i need a different inline check valve with some relieve in both direction ? Any thoughts or feed back would be appreciated.
Its been done by members in this thread... Users have varying experiences in whether their valves of any type arrive working or not. The three valves I just purchased all only had one way flow as designed...

Food for thought, why not just replace the whole shabang? If money wasn’t a factor.

money can not fix this engineering failure setup.

Turbo boost forcing higher crankcase pressure blow up this tiny valve.

The positive pressure should be relieved before this vacuum valve is exposed to it.

I bought an ebay valve, it worked, I replaced it. Now that I know the signs of failure, when it goes again, I'll buy another one. Supposedly there is a Ford/Volvo valve too.

I bought the Amazon one like 6 months ago, as back up, but never use it yet.
https://www.amazon.com/Vacuum-Repair...ct_top?ie=UTF8

It seems there is a slight difference between Ukaraine Klifex to the China Amazon.

.

Below :
# 1 = It seems the Klifex has plastic material at the middle of the star shaped opening, while the China one has none.
#2 = I seems the Klifex silicone membrane maybe a tiny tiny bit wider diameter than China one.

#3 = If I were to use the China one someday, I will power glue the black round membrane holder to the check valve body. The silicone membrane is thick enough to be robust, I believe so.
What I think can fail is the black round membrane holder which is only friction fit into check valve body, slipped out of its parking position and then hell broke loose.
If say the membrane dot lock get cut, that is another failure point. I mean the membrane sits and lock itself to the black round membrane holder is also a friction fit of a rather fat membrane
dot, as a lock....but this dot does not do much work actually.

I suggest try the power/crazy glue to secure the black round plastic membrane holder to valve body when you have the China one or even the Klifex one.

What about this valve? Image attached

Can it be found independently ?

I guess it can be fluttered in low revs. Lost of boost. Oil leaks around vacuum pump or turbo actualators.
