When I did mine it was super easy. I got rotors the same diameter as the ceramic from Brembo (400mm????). They slid in - they worked...sold the car (S63). I can not at all speak to the performance of them as brakes was a killing factor when it had Ceramics on it (no one wanted to buy it). Put on steel and new pads, gone in a week.
In a quick search Brembos site is down, they are 402 and I did find this - https://xlr8performance.com/girodisc...2V37yNuePsN13f

Otherwise get the Giro Disc rotors, keep your calipers, and, put your rotors for sale for $8-10k someone will 100% buy them.

Over the years, I have seen many a car on the used market take massive hits in value over damaged ceramic rotors.
