M157 Camshaft Position Sensor Torque Spec?
Checked my harness for oil and found 3/4 of my cam sensors are leaky but luckily the ECU is dry. I ordered 4 new sensors and in the meantime I've been trying to track down the torque spec for the screw. I searched on here and on google and found the magnet cam adjuster / solenoid spec but nothing for the cam sensor. Every video or guide I've found on it just tightens by feel, but I prefer to do everything by spec.
Anyone able to help out with the spec pdf for the cam position sensors on the M157?
Thanks in advance!

Agreed on the torque, it should be aluminum on aluminum from what I've researched and I plan to keep this car for a long time, would rather do everything right.
Adding the tasos video for context just check and make sure if your timing cover is leaking or not about to do this myself before I head down to tail of the dragon soon

A bit hard to get a picture of, but I don't know what else this could be, it's basically got a film of oil right below the cover. I circled it in red.
Also, circled in blue, does anyone know what this vacuum line is called or specifically that clip on what I believe is a coolant line? It looks like mine is broken.
Thanks for the additional info, I wasn't aware the cover was pure magnesium... interesting choice by AMG/Mercedes there. Are more reliable upgraded replacements available for this part or do folks just lightly sand the bad seal like Tasos? That's actually my next job and maybe I should make a new thread for this, but while we're on the topic I believe that cover is leaking at the bottom on the passenger side.

To answer your question, I believe so, if left = passenger.
Attached is a more zoomed out picture, the small line that attaches to that clip (circled in red) connects to what's circled in orange.
In the meantime I've been looking for the best way to find this information on my own as well as factory repair instructions, and it looks like I need to get Xentry + WIS. It seems like BenzNinja is the way to go with this?
After wiping down the seal on my passenger front timing cover, it seems like it's definitely got a slow seep. My next project is to figure out how to replace this DIY.
Edit: Also, thanks again to all for the torque spec on the cam position sensors. Got them replaced successfully and added the sacrificial harnesses from FCP Euro to the solenoids.

The Best of Mercedes & AMG
Prepping the valve cover and cleaning the gasket was actually one of the easier parts. I used Loctite 7200 (Mercedes Gasket Remover), 1000 and 1500 grit sandpaper (for the grey coating on the inside of the cover), some plastic razor blades and picks I got on Amazon for $5. Took it out for some spirited driving and everything is holding up well. I live in a cold climate and I let it cure for 48 hours before driving, pretty sure this is overkill but I was still struggling to get the charge pipe on at that point.
It was a rewarding experience, the car definitely feels like its mine now! Absolutely love this car!
For future searchers, in addition to the Tasos video @SouthSideE63S linked above this video was helpful, it's for an M278 and I seemed to have much less space than he had:
Attached is helpful WIS pdfs I found in another thread;

I also recommend a 7mm and 8mm ratcheting wrench, E10 universal joint, grease for reattaching the pipes, tons of shop towels + rags, a magnetic flashlight or a head light, and a flexible magnet for when you inevitably drop your wrench/screw/socket/sanity under the engine.
