The Best of Mercedes & AMG

Dropped the car off this afternoon and fly back to the states tomorrow morning. Then five or six weeks to wait till the car shows up. Maybe they'll have enabled the feature by then.
One a related note, they were saying the US cars don't get the multi-beam LED headlights, but my car has them (and they're pretty darn cool). Maybe there's a different even better version for European versions, or maybe they'll swap them out at the VPC. I hope not.
Found this and Mercedes put it in writing that 2018 model will get this!!

Ill post another thread but it was easy, just 4 adjustments on the links under the car. As for the R8 mine is a Gen 2 and I really enjoy it thus far- I want to hold on a nice V10 N/A engine with that amazing sound.
looks great! How long did it take them to drop the car? Does the vehicle lift still work to raise the car high enough to clear steep driveways and curbs?

thank you!
Generally around $130 or so per set.
A new folks make digital lowering modules $1200 - $2.3K (The numbers are the SKU number)
Lorinser: L323 2000 40 -- $2300
Brabus: 213-108-00 -- $1700
Renntech: 32.222.6001 -- $1200
There is a few more but you get the idea
Most of these Digital ones will auto raise the hight back to standard after a set speed.
This is a great feature but "way to rich" for my blood.
I would stick with drop links any day
I use to do it to my previous AMG's and currently have the drop links on my wife's Cayenne TT.
But we have since moved into a new place that has a very steep driveway,
I had to sell the Maserati GT as it could not get up the driveway at all.
My old e63 scraped its way up - I am hoping the raised suspension is going to help out here.
