Wireless key access not working every time.
I’ve tried both keys. When I approach the car it is not opening the door sometimes. Am I missing a setting or doing something wrong. Car is only a few weeks old.

For the first time today my door did not automagically unlock when I grabbed the handle. Tried a couple of times, but nothing happened.
Unlocked with the key fob just fine.
Only thing I can think of is that a little earlier I had run down the windows to help keep the car cooler, then using the key fob I double pressed and held the lock button to raise the windows remotely.
Checking the manual I found that pressing the lock button twice disables the keyless go feature.
I should have pressed and held the lock button rather than double clicking it.
May not be related to your problem, but thought I'd pass it along just in case.

We lock ours with the lock button on the Fob almost all the time and always unlock the car by just touching the door handle. It works every time. I think the only problem would be if the lock button on the Fob is pressed twice in succession.

I think the issue is that some vehicle makes used to have the user double click the fob to lock it. For some time, at least the European makes, have disabled the fob following a double click on lock.
The purpose is to disable your fob so that it cannot be spoofed/scanned and used to open the vehicle. You can and should use this when away for vacation or away from home for some time.
So the system is working exactly as intended, very few understand this is the intent of the design. I scratched my head for years on my previous car before figuring this out.
