I looked at a few threads made on this but could not find a solution. I can not download the app at all from the amg site. I contacted Mercedes Benz but they are not even responding back. Anyone have any luck on downloading the app?

if you have no luck to find it there, change country in app store. however, i doubt its tied to region.
Keep in mind, track pace is not available for early models <July 2017 ( at least in my country )
I got an email back from AMG, the app is out of the app store, they are making some minor fixes and changes and once that is done they will put it back up for download.

Tried to connect to the car few days ago, and found out that it’s not compatible with E63. So you are not loosing much...
I got in touch with them again. US market will not be getting it any time soon. Almost flipped out because when I asked them if I can take the data out with USB. They told me I can not do that either. Pretty much gave up all hope and most likely wont be tracking my E63 amg s next year. Since I will be trying to get a GT3 RS.

Of course, my car doesn't have Track Pace in the Vehicle Menu... Ughh..
I am going to push my dealer to see if I can get the Command updated to the 2019 software revision. I thought all cars had this option available but I guess not.

I believe cars built before the refresh around late August/September didn't have the Track Pace in the vehicle menu. They also don't have the upgrade to the LED lighting with more colors and options.

Yea, it was updated in June/July production of 2017.
Interesting.. i will check the build date on mine..
My dealer has been really good about upgrading so I may be able to convince them to do it.
They are updating my solenoid & valve controller hardware on my car for me under warranty. I would love to get this Command update.
BTW, my ambient colour selection screen has the full spectrum available.. not sure what the 2019 cars look like, but I cant imagine more selection than what I already have.

“Our app developers have come back to advise that your E 63 S will support the AMG Track Pace app. The only function not supported by the hardware in your vehicle at the moment is the video recording feature. There will be new features added to the app in the coming six to nine months so please keep an eye out for these.”

can you confirm if this worked for you? I’m looking at switching regions to download the app but it seems like a nightmare. I got a response from Mercedes a few days ago and they have no ETA if/when it will become available in the USA app store
