2021 E63s Wagon
I guess they waiting for the next ship that has the destination Sweden. I was googling a bit on the subject and next one seems to be arriving here 15.12, so I guess, it's that one. You shouldn't draw any conclusions from it since your destination is US and I guess mercedes cars is sent there much frequently.

Been chatting with my local dealer, who I don’t have a relationship with. I do have a relationship with their sister Porsche dealership though. Anyway, their allocations are all taken, but they’re willing to take a not small deposit to have me be the third person in line on their list of folks waiting. Hmm...

You really need to shop around for both an allocation and a decent discount; there's no reason at all to tie yourself to the local shop. I got an excellent discount and have paid exactly zero down thus far. My car should be loaded onto the ship sometime next week.

I went 400 miles away and have a order placed with no deposit. Sedan not wagon, my SA does not have any wagon allocations at the moment. He is looking for 2. Our GLE580 is due in next week, we did a $500 deposit on that.

Looks like I might be able to order from a dealer and have a quick question: is the Burmester system that comes standard (no other option available) same as the 3D system that costs $4.5K in E53 or is it a lesser version?

I can now input the VIN for my wagon into a VIN decoder and I now receive the base configuration of the car, but not the options that I've specified. This implies to me that production is now done waiting for release and shipment to Bremerhaven.

Me, too. I've been able to do that with my VIN for most of this past week. At least it's a car now - only shipment and delivery remain!

No, the 3D system is not available in the E63S wagon.
