^^^By 'new' wheel I'm referring to the standard cast (not forged) 2021 design below. You are correct, nothing has changed on our forged wheels. Please post a picture of the wheels you want to sell. Thanks

New design with goofy AMG billboard and bulky lip.

Pre-2021 subtle and elegant design.

Talk about different strokes. The new forged wheels are hideous. I hate that sort of cross-spoked pattern and always prefer a classic 5-spoke design. Yes, the wide rim is sub-optimal, but it’s worlds better than the forged wheels. Don’t even get me started on the poser BS of those fake centerlock hubs. Hard pass.

They are the same as the ones on your wagon.

These are the wheels I would've ordered if available. Although it's a shame they're not forged, they're still an amazing looking whee. If anyone has a set they want to sell please let me know.

There's not a "problem" with rear fitment of the Michelin Alpin PA4's on the OEM wheels in OEM size (295/30R20), they're rated to fit the wheel, but they bulge a bit and some don't like the way that looks. I looked for a photo on my phone but apparently I never took one of the winter setup. If I were to order them again, I'd probably get the 285/30R20 or 275/35R20 for the rear. A little narrower and would fit better, and narrow is better for snow tires anyway.

You can click on the various tire sizes to see the specs: https://www.michelinman.com/tires/pi...alpin-pa4.html

Oh, and these are the tires MB provides with their "factory" winter wheel/tire sets, but on a different 19" wheel.

Best all-around car I've ever had the pleasure of driving. Thoughts to follow.

If I went blue I would have skipped all carbon fiber and did the dark brown glossy ash wood interior trim. I love that look. The blue is classier but the way I built this graphite is edgier. Next step is to paint the calipers gloss black and get some custom HREs. I prefer BBS but they do not make wheels to fit this wagon.
What model of HRE's are you interested in ordering?

^^^IDK I'm all over the map. I'm a little wheel crazy. Not feeling these current ones because they're too shiny and I despise the fake centerlock look. Will sell current wheels.

Want to buy the old model base wheel (above) with black highlights because I love that look.

Also, need to buy the 19" AMG winter setup. This includes AMG 10-spoke wheels (295/35 and 265/40) and Michelin Alpins. These are roughly $3k through parts department. They're a bargain but, of course, not forged.

As far as HREs I'm leaning toward P106 or P107 but totally undecided.

The HRE P106 is only for 6-lug or Centerlock vehicles. I love the P107 personally - I ordered these in Frozen Brushed Gold for one of my previous cars. We're HRE's largest dealer in the world and know their offerings better than anyone else so I would love to chat with you more and help you narrow it down to the perfect wheel for you.

Also, David please share any ideas for something classy. Most aftermarket wheels look tacky AF on these cars. I'm going for subtle and elegant. My first choice is BBS but they don't make anything to fit the wagon. HRE is the only other brand I would buy. Brand *****.

Do the 19" wheels works with the CCB's? I thought that there was an issue of clearance for the front wheels.

Dealer tells me they will fit but that doesn't mean they're correct. I will verify. Anyone have the 19" winter setup on the wagon with ceramics?

Imagine designing such a beautiful forged wheel and then ruining it by incorporating a fake centerlock design that's irreversible? Such a shame. And the other wheels that fit the E63S aren't even forged. I am selling these as a full set including tires. Brand new. If anyone is interested please make me a reasonable offer. I'm in CT.

Anyone else buy the 3 year maintenance for $2950? How about the 3 year extended warranty for $7400?

I purchased both, but I don't recall how much I paid. I do remember that the extended warranty was discounted to dealer cost or cost plus a small amount.
