I stopped by my dealer to get my deposit back on my 23 wagon. The new car manager stated my car is next in line to be built? I mentioned that I heard they were not building any more and he said they 100% are. I asked could we get some sort of confirmation, he said he would call the port Monday.
I have no idea how the port would know anything. I’m also unclear how he could see it was next in-line to be built based off the limited info in this thread.

I am getting paint correction, some interior buttons replaced, full detail, new seat foams, etc. etc. on the 2016 on Tuesday expecting to keep it longer, as well as a service B, new coils and new plugs on the 20th … and I’m about to commit to bigger turbos fuel pumps and rebuilt t transmission. I don’t want to wait but also don’t want to flush all that money down the toilet if a new car suddenly shows up.
Salesman at MB ATL NE sent me a text yesterday morning. He has a 2023 E63S4S Final Edition waiting at Georgia Port about to come to his Duluth GA Dealership for those who want one.
After 3 Red Flags finally got final AUS F1 Race results since initial DVR recording was cut short last night. Mercedes Power #2 and #3. Red Bull and Honda #1. Think I'm rooting for Alonso this year and Aston Martin. Sir Lewis should have retired after 2021 season and should be racing in Today's NTT IndyCar V8 series at Texas motor speedway at Fort Worth with F1 expats Grosjean and Sato. Like McLaughlin from V8 Supercars and American Herta in NTT Series this season.
Salesman also said they will start at $100K over MSRP for their Final Edition before the bidding starts amongst the filthy rich Atlanta Elite. My 2021 Spec HAS the HUD, Heated and Massaging Seats, and just lacks the CCBs that I should have ordered in 2020 on my Badge Delete Spec. Haven't checked my lottery tickets yet...will wait until after IndyCar race. LOL

My dealer offered me a 2023 wagon yesterday. They are being sent one. I hummed and hawed then declined as it was too far different in spec from what I ordered.

Yes, exactly why I originally turned down my Jan build and then this build. I did my W212 for $7k plus new GiroDiscs and my red calipers and brackets. I'm hoping to find someone like that again!!
I have no idea on my apparent bad luck on getting a car with factory CCB lol
So today I sucked it up, moved my deposit to the incoming with no CCB's. It is coming in November.
I couldn't stop shopping and kept running into the fact that all the used 2021's are asking almost the same price as I could get the 2023 for.
Now I need to find CCB's. Anyone know anyone that would want to swap for literally brand new brakes + cash?

I have no idea why they are having so many issues with me and CCB. The one Quebec got in the link up there ^^ has CCB's, so the parts ARE available. I'd love to be a fly on the wall...
The other thing the car is missing is the good headliner. And, I think having Magno on a daily driver (my W212 currently has very much enjoyed 180,000 kms on it) is going to suck. Probably need full Xpel Stealth being in Canada with all the rocks, salt, sand that gets thrown at me all winter. Not being able to go through auto-wash will suck too.
The noise and my right foot will make up for it all

And fwiw to any Canadians in here, I saw at least one or two wagons on a ship or two that already made it to Canada as recently as end of March/beginning of April. No idea to which dealerships they're heading, just saw them on bills of lading, one on same ship as my sedan.

I just asked salesman Friday for status and how to get regular updates, waiting to hear back.
I also asked if they can please please please add B07 super pretty please as well as the good headliner.

If you already have the VIN then the car is produced and not waiting for production. VIN numbers are assigned at the start of production on the assembly line. You can probably go to a VIN decoder and determine what is installed/features.
