2019 e63s fitment question

I’ve got a 2019 e63s sedan and was wondering if this is a safe lowered setup?

fronts: 21 x 9.5 with 265/30/21
rears: 21 x 11 with 295/25/21

im using the lowering module which has a preset of -32mm

does anyone know if this is a safe setup or could be rubbing?

Depends on offsets.

also, u need to keep in mind you need certain load ratings as well

I’d have to check what the offset since I bought these aftermarket from another e63s owner.

could you elaborate load rating as well? Any specific reason why this would matter when it comes to lowering?

I am running 21x10 with 285/30/21 ET12 front
21x11 with 305/25/21 ET49 rear
Current lowering setting is -20mm front and -22 rear with no rubbing.

But yeah, it going to depend on the offset.

Send pictures if you decide to go with it.

Also, be careful on the 265/30/21. I was running those before which are the improper load before I went with 285/30/21. The tire started splitting after only about 6 months of driving.

The car weighs around 4600 lbs. it’s not a light vehicle and if you put in a lesser load rating tires and carries full loads (passengers and heavy cargo), your below specs load tires can create safety hazards.

factory 20” tires comes in with 99 load rating for front and 101 for the rear.

for 21” tires, uou should be looking at a very similar load numbers as above. One site suggests 97 (265/30/21) for front and 99 (305/25/21) for rear

I always think 265/30/21 tire sidewalls might be a bit on the thinner side. I wonder if 275/30/21 would be the perfect balance for the fronts. Anyone installed 275/30/21 and can comment and has pics to share?

I got my e63s last year during this month, and picked up the aftermarket wheels from another local e63s owner with the tires included. I drove it until the winter, pushed it quite a bit and it was perfectly fine.

Ah ok that makes more sense, sorry as I was a bit confused on what you meant. I have both front and rear tire ratings 97/99.

So I actually did already lower it with this setup, and its been 3 days since then. It seems fine (?) and had a friend check it out (who has bagged multiple of his own cars), but I just wanted an expert opinion. I'll have to figure out what the offset of the vehicle is and get back to you guys. In the meantime, I'll include some pictures I took of the car since I got it lowered. Not the best picture but will try to take more and come back to upload them.

This is what happened after having the 265/30/21 on after 6 months. Improper load casualty. Now i am running 285/30/21 in the front with the proper load.

285/30/21 (Front) and 325/25/21(rear). I had to use the module to raise it up quite a but from the setting I originally had in the rear.
