E63s - Wheel Upgrade (HRE Classic 300)

Color: Brushed Dark Clear center w/ Polished Dark Clear lip finish.
Front: 20x10.0 ET 10 LS: 2.5 (going to fit with Michellin PS4S size 275/35/20)
Rear: 20x11.0 ET 52 LS:2.5 (going to fit wiht Michellin PS4S size 305/30/20)
Here's a few pictures of the arrival, along with my current setup (factory 5-spokes, which I will fit with full-winter tires and swap when the season starts)
The wheels are currently off to get a ceramic coat for cleanliness -- afterwards, I will mount and balance the PS4S. Stay tuned for some more pics post-ceramic coating and post-tire mounting

The front offset is awfully close to touching the fender, given now you have a slightly bigger size tires (1% increase in overall circumference)? no ?

Yeah, I am going for a very "fitted" look, but I read some forum posts of 2-3 others with a W213 who are running the same offset and tire width and they say it fits fine with no rubbing. I'll keep this thread updated after they're fitted, but I'm going with those user's experience and hoping for no rubbing

As far as the wait time, here's the timeline of my order + delivery
May 18: I contacted HRE via email for a quote. I deliberated styles and fitments for a few days
May 23: I finalized my styles + fitments and asked for a quote. Received the quote and submitted payment information same day (half up front, half upon completion). They quoted me 4-5 weeks of lead time for manufacturing.
June 21: I received an email stating the wheels were done. They charged the remaining 50% and shipped the wheels out the same day
June 26 (my birthday, coincidentally): Happily received delivery

I see you are going with this member's setup (post #27)

I'm not an "expert" but I share the same thoughts as bobblehead, the offsets appear like beyond the limit or right at it at best, depending on your ride height.
It may be the angle of the photo, but I can't see how these would not interfere at that ride height (?)
And raising the ride height may make them too pokey.
Of course the reality may not match my thoughts or anyone else's and I hope it works out perfectly for you!
Looking forward to hearing how it plays out.

Hmmm... well, I'll guess we'll see. I am currently lowered 40mm, and the picture was taken on my driveway with a steep incline, so it sits a bit lower on it anyway. Maybe I'm getting a little nervous about the fitment, but I trust the recommendation made by @apsuard and others who run the same/similar fitment. If there happens to be some rubbing, I'm curious as to the best approach for mitigating it. Perhaps I can use my custom obd suspension module and raise the car until it just fits? Perhaps I'm being a little too pessimistic, for all I know they could fit fine
I do know that when going that flush (or mexi-flush), ride height and angle of camber become crucial.
If you do end up with slight fender rubbing, you can escape that with a good camber kit and pitch a bit of negative camber in the mix, but that can be a tire wear trade-off.
Raising the ride height will make them poke out of the bodywork more, but will obviously give you more clearance.
I hope they just bolt up and ride without issue for you!

Looking forward to seeing these mounted. We never get cool threads anymore like this one these days

You're telling me!!

Hoping to have ceramic coating done tomorrow, tire mounting by Friday (shop has to order in the specific sizes of PS4S tires) and pics that day or the following. Glad I can spark some freshness in the w213 forums. I love this thing and plan to keep modifying, tinkering and posting!
