Tire decision ASAP!!

I have 2 questions.
Question 1: I have 00 clk 430 with pilot sport 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 rear. It's time for me to get new tires. After searching, I am very interested in getting Bridgestone S-03 pole position($850 including s/h). My friends are telling me to get all season since S-03s are for summer. My question is, I will still be driving my clk in this winter but not in a snow.(I have 00 4Runner for snow days) Is it ok to put s-o3 if I don't drive in snow or do I have to get all season?? If I have to get all season, what tires are best around the price of S-03???
I am not an aggressive driver if that helps. Thanks!!!
Question 2: I will be installing H&R Sport springs with Koni adjustable shocks when I put my new tires. Will I have trouble rubbing against fenders?????

depends on the weather
if you get caught in the snow on S-03's you will not be happy ... you also will not get home

What Luke said! If you are not aggresive, why buy an agressive tire? Pilot AS is a great all season tire and does pretty well in the summer too.

yeah but I don't think they have pilot AS in 255/35/18. I think they have 255/40/18 and 275/35/18 but I want 255/35/18 since anything bigger then 255/35/18 with 9' wheel size pushes the limit. I also won't be driving my clk in snow at all. I have a 4x4 truck for snow days so clk stays home when snows. I will be ordering new tires by end of next week so I need to make a decision ASAP. My brother has 96 acura nsx daily car with nitto 555 and doesn't seem to have any problems driving in winter as long as he doesn't drive in snow days. But if you guys think its better to put all season, what do you recommend with 255/35/15 size?? I am going to spend around $850 for a set and heard SO-3s are excellent in dry/wet conditions. I don't know how tires will respond in cold weather tho'. I am not an agressive driver but I want to push the car a bit when I am on a highway. Thank you guys.

What would you guys choose??

So-3(Summer)around 850set
Pilot Sport PS2(Wet/dry)around 1000set
Falken GR betta(Wet/dry)around $620set
Yokohama AVS ES100(All season) around $650set
These are all 225/40/18 front and 255/35/18 Back.

If not these, any other all season or dry/wet tires recommendation???? Luke?? Max speed I will prob will be 95 on a highway. Thank you guys!!

Aside from the S03, I have never used any these tires. They (S03) were just fair in the wet but with so much power and such a wide tire, I rarely drove the car in the rain.

clk55
tire selection

I have the Yokohamas on my clk55- worst thing I ever did! Terrible road noise and very poor on wet road and very bad wear after 10,000 need replacement- pilot sports were so much better- you get what you pay for!
