W204 Facelift headlights 12 retrofit diagram
Hey guys,
this is for anyone want to convert their pre facelift headlight to new facelift headlight.
I have both diagram of the headlights, all you need to do is modify the pins connector of the plug to match the new connector pins.
All functions will work except the ILS. You need to find which hardness for the eyelid on the old connector to wires to C lights. Its up to you how you want its done.
Me personally havent done it yet but im planning to do it so thats why i have these diagram ready. (cost me quite expensive from tech justanswer.com)
My car 09 diagram
the other 2 are non ILS and ILS
You can see they have similar hardness, they just switch the position
Old connector have 10 pins and the new connector i believe have 11 or 12 pins (some one verify with me on this)
This is the old pins connector:
If some one have 12 model can take picture of the connector like the picture above, i would appreciate it so we can see whats the difference.

Halogen to Bi-xenon re-wiring
Hi,
Well, so I decided to do swap from halogen to bi-xenon. I've purchased L & R complete bi-xenon ***'y (including ballast, ignitor etc).
I used your diagram to do re-wiring.
Also I bought two 14 pin wire harness with wires (cut-off's from donor bi-xenon car) and male 10 pin adaptor (so can plug in into current harness). Shortly, everything works except one eyebrow bulb no.2 (E12), no. 1 works (E3). Can't figure this out, where E12 (pin no.5) from current harness should connect into new 14 pin harness???
I've made my own diagram connection. Please anybody can help with this??
Here is my schematic:
Any help would greatly appreciate.

Not sure on how to clear dash errors but this guy sells the conversion harness + DRL harness. (PFL Xenon to FL Xenon headlights), plug and play. No splicing needed.

Has anyone used the above harness? I'd like to switch over to a set of FL headlamps, I have factory HID & would prefer to not lose ILS.
And yes I understand the hoods are different from Pre-FL to FL.

Retrofit 2015 facelift headlights to 2013 pre-facelift CLS with intelligent lights
Has anyone got similar info regarding the retrofitting of 2015 facelift intellegent headlights into a 2013 pre-facelift CLS with intellegent lights. The facelift headlights have 6 pins whereas the pre-facelift has 8 pins on the same connector. Can someone post wiring diagrams of both? Will it just need online SRN coding or is a updated SAM unit required? The DRL on the 2015 facelift headlight illuminates blue when opening the car which fades into white then turns orange when the indicator is active.

So I'm doing a PFL to FL retrofit and this is the first hangup I've had. Running lights won't work and the turn signals don't work. The headlights and "C" work and sidemarkers.
I went ahead and bought the two connectors from that website. I'm wondering if that's all I need to connect the two. Any experience? I will include this in my full PFL to FL writeup, as it's no where on the forums for a w204 c63

I sold the car last year, but yes it did. You might need to add resistors that was the only thing I forgot to mention. I did everything as I posted, and we got all
the lights , drl, hi and low beams to work. However , I didn’t get them all to work in conjunction until I added resistors behind the drl, then it worked!
