Hi forum members, my name is Muhamed from MN and I am absolutely obsessed with cars. I'm a Gran Turismo baby so I have been into cars for most of my life. My father and I restored 2 MB 300D's (articweiss & silbergrau 1)when I was 14 and I was hooked on Benz ever since. Eventually giving BMW a try and fell in love with the e46 chassis but did not love it's engineering oversight in the engine department (both e46's I had experienced a known faulty coolant expansion tank that bursts like sausage and blew my head gaskets on a regular commute). Not here to bash just my background. I look really forward to learning and hellping other members. I have been doing DIY since my first import so I hope to be posting some work and help, most recently I experienced and resolved water leaking into the cabin which is a terrifying experience as a MB owner. Happy to be on board!

I just bought a 2010 GLK 350 4Matic ... And I am in love. I had been looking at C's and E's and hadn't really considered the small SUV, but I am glad I went the route I have. I like to tinker, so I look forward to both receiving helpful tips and hopefully provide some insight to any projects I have going.

ecking in from the Mardi Gras city. learned to drive on a 1962 MB220 with " 4 on the tree " in Germany. my dad purchased for $2,100 through the px and we picked up it at the factory. when we came back to the states, had to go to a Studebaker dealer for MB service ! after 45 years in import parts and service am now retired. ( ex Robert Bosch, Nippon Denso, Federal Mogul factory rep ). just purchased 2002 CLK 430 to have something to fiddle with.

Hello, I am Fred from Greenville SC, I just received my 2017 GLC-4Matic early November which was on order from RBM in ALpharetta GA. Where my son in a sales advisor. The car is White with Expresso brown interior, I only have about 500 miles on it trying to figure out how everything works, so far I love the car, only negative so far is I wish it had a bigger gas tank, only 13.7 gals.,it replaced my 2014 Audi Q5. I am sure I will enjoy the forum I have been a car enthusiast all my life.

Hi All, just recently purchased a 09 S550 with 49,000 miles. The car is great but I'm having issues with my iphone 6 and pairing. I've done all the checks, resets but I haven't visited the apple store yet. Does anyone have a solution besides the resets, turning on and off, forget the device etc?

So I had a buddy who I trusted and who never gouged me. I trusted him fully, High School friends, we would do cash deals and we were both happy. I was happy to have him in my corner and my maintenance/repair costs were always reasonable. I moved to Portland 3 years ago and it's rape city..Not Rip City as the moniker claims. They have their hooks out. So I'm going to be learning with the help of all of you. I know my way around a wrench regarding older mechanical american cars but that's it. This it totally new to me being that I drive a 2001 E430 Sport, it's a computer with wheels and I love it. She has lots of miles however it runs very smooth, just a marvel of engineering when compared to an American car in the same class.

I'm having ALOT of electrical issues, gremlins if you will and they are uh multiplying. My first order of business is to learn how I'm supposed to chase the electrical module issues down.

I'm all ears if anyone can direct me.

Problem resolved, went to the dealer, he did everything from the puck and used 68432.

Hi, I just bought a 2006 E320 CDI with the money I am getting from the VW Diesel settlement. Despite my experience with VW, I still am drawn to torque and feel of diesels and this car drives beautifully. It is a whole different animal than the VW TDI, which got great mileage but was relatively light and only had 140 HP. I am really enjoying the car and hope to get a lot of years out of her. I am looking forward to benefiting from all of your wisdom and experience.
