He said that it is necessary to cover up electrical in drivers door during process to prevent shorting out windows from water used during tint process. Seems to know his stuff......

I had my tint done at Visions Tint. As I recall, they didn't even use moleskin! They just used the soft side of velcro.
Oh and they were also nice enough to MELT a piece of plastic window trim for me for free using their heat gun, not to mention a ton of swirls when they rubbed their damn seats around, brushing up against my car paint.
After my personal experiences I would NOT recommend them.

I got my tint done there. They did everything right on my car. There's not many other tint places many people talk about on this forums unfortunately...
Sorry to hear your bad experience oggle, but my family's had at 4 cars done in the last 3 years and no problems whatsoever...

Are those blue windows really tints?
I just got my C230, and it comes w/ the light blue windows. However, I am nto sure if these windows are tinted. I am not looking to make my windows completely black, but I just wont UV protection tints. So im just wondering if these blue windows are really tints. Thanks
