also remember that your interior plays a role in how dark it would be. I for example have light interior and got 15% all around, but it doesnt look to dark at all.

like above pictures, the tint has gone really bad, and it pisses me off especially in rain. I couldnt stand it.
It's also supposed to be pretty safe when it comes to cops as you can see through 35%. It's supposed to be a pretty good % for looks/safety.
I would get 35% fronts and about 20% rears. I have that on the 325i and it looks real slick. Also find a shop that has plenty of experience with German cars. If you don't see any BMW's, MB's, or other high class cars, I would go to another one. Also $225 seems a bit much.
hahaha I did 35% last tint, I hated it, it was bright lol. Now I have 20%, and it was raining last night, and i need to get used to it lol.

heh i made that sig up after seeing urs yesterday night =P

This is really easy to do and its fool proof and it works really well and it will not scratch the tint of your car for life of the tint.
But however there is a small fall back to this… that is you will hear a little more road noise coming from the door you can barely notice is but if you pay attention to detail like me then you will notice the noise, but it is something that is so small that you can live with for sure.
The picture of my old car is attached with the tint and if you can tell it was not scratched at all…
Ok well all you need to do is:
1) Go to a local clothing store and buy some black velvet long enough to cover your door strips… (you know where I’m heading with this)
2) Take the door panel’s off the car
3) Take the weather strips off
4) Cut and rap the velvet around the weather strip there is no need to glue or anything to make it hold in place
5) Put the door strip back on the door and push really hard so that the velvet get wedged in and is not loose or dangling run your hand down the strip just make sure its not loose and then just put the door panels back on and your set.
All this does is put a little gap between the door strip/window thus is why you get a little more road noise. If your car is still under warranty and you have yelled at your dealer that your tint is scratching and they should fix it… follow through with that and provide them with the velvet and get them to put it on your car for free.. my dealer did that for me and I’m sure yours can do that for you. But I have also done this my self on my friends car so I can help you with the install if you like… if you have any questions PM me or e-mail at the address blow
Good luck
sorry i dont have better pic of this mod.
