it would have been 40k miles on his Mazda had he not crashed it into a tree in Delaware... the same crash that caused all that BRAIN DAMAGE.
or was it the BRAIN DAMAGE that caused the Mazda to crash...

'06 C350 SS, 4,800 miles. The only problem I've had is that the bloody parts department is taking forever to get my COMAND NAV wiring harness in so they can install it for me

2001 C320 39,000 miles
I just bought this car a few weeks ago, from a friend in Chicago, it had been sitting in her garage, not driven for about 18 months. The battery was dead, she had Loeber Motors Mercedes of Chicago pick it up. They put in a new battery and did $2,500 worth of work, the report on that is pretty vague, so I don't really know what all they did. There was no sound from the radio, or CD player when I got it, that was fixed by rebuilding the amplifier, about $800.
The headlamp washers don't work, I haven't really been too concerned about that though, but I would like to get them fixed. The drivers window will not auto up, I tried resynch but still doesn't work.
The remote seems to not want to work at times and the auto close/open feature with the remote doesn't always completely open/close each window.
Other then those, which I consider pretty minor for a 2001 that hasn't been driven for 18 months, I haven't had any problems. It seems to be a great car.

2002 C230 coupe
I'm going to pass 95000 km tonight. It's a 2002 C230 coupe, I've had it since new with no major problems, just the power steering pump replaced twice, both under warranty, other than that not much in the way of problems. Most reliable car I've had !! German cars forever !!!!!!!!!!!
