are the silver chrome bulbs still legal? Do they emitt yellow light? I might just paint the damn things I'm not sure how it will look when I finally get my new set of headlights.. Maybe the next shipment wont be broken lol. So far I like the clear corners with the clear foglights, however, It currently looks stupid from the front with clear fogs-sidemarkers and frosted headlights

Also, please tell me... Is the driveway pink or am I color blind? I swear its pink.

thank you very much John! haha and sorry for bumpin back up this topic on the forums...just that i was searching it for a while and just read a lot of posts and all I saw were either "just take a flathead to it"(was kind of doubtful when i heard it was this simple...so my impact strips are that easy to steal huh? hah) or opinions on either impact strips or clear side markers and so on...

I believe yours is this one, which is different than the one that I posted. The "F1 sports" side marker has "directional" reflectors as they go from the bulb to the front toward the bumper. The side marker from ACEKOGYO has rectangle reflectors, and has much smaller reflectors too. The edge that wraps the reflector of ACEKOGYO side marker also looks cleaner than the F1 Sports which has all the little hairlines around it.

Even though they both look almost the same, I believe these little details can make a big difference to a car as a whole.

Yup. I'm still debating what I'm gonna do. Easy way out will be to have them color matched (too lazy for the whole wrap the bulb thing w/ the euro impact strips) or...well, the other project is more involved, so I'll wait until I actually do it to say anything more. Nothing big, but it'll take a few hours if I do it.

My bulbs were never wrapped, just zip tied inside the bumper area. Easy to change if they burned out and got the pesky message.

If you guys with the color matched sidemarkers, did you just spray paint it and that was it? No priming and what not?

Just Put In Euro Side Markers

GIVE IT UP FOR MY FIRST MOD! WOOOOOOOO!!!!

So, anyways, I just put em in and left the clear bulbs in it, and at first, I thought the bulb was a bit bright and then after getting used to it, I like it. I was going to get the amber bulbs from like AutoZone and put them in, but I like them the way they are.

Anyone else have Euro Side Markers and clear bulbs?

do u have a picture.. i personally think that amber bulbs would look good on the normal clear lens', but not on the euros only because you can directly see the bulb on the euro style ones, and i think that that a bright amber bulb is not too attractive but a white one is bearable.

hey congratz on the mod. but those are not "euro side markers" euro doesnt have side markers. they are clear markers.

euro has just flat impact strips.

but again, congratz on the mod. you should slip in LED 194/168 bulbs

oh i know, the actual euro stuff are the impact strips, but its really the only way to distinguish them from the fogged clear ones...
