got the Brabus exhaust. i actually got the muffler and the resonator (mid pipe). sounds slightly deeper. only problem was trying to fit the damn pipe through the single opening of the AMG rear bumper. other than that it looks great. will post picture sometime this weekend.

So did you cut you AMG bumper to get it fit? And did you get the angled tip or straight tip?

After seeing the pics, I don't think Carlsson can fit 05 AMG rear though....The gap between the tips is a bit wide

i actually got the straight dual tip. either way it didn't solve the problem. had to angle it. i will definetely post some pictures this weekend once i get my car cleaned.

I believe it feels that way because the tip wraps inward.

the AMG bumper for the C32 should have enough opening for the Carlsson exhaust

But the AMG bumper for non-AMG C-class has smaller opening.......

How do I contact them? I would like to get one if its less then $400 for just the exhaust.

though it's brand new, i think it's a clearance item (that's why it's a little cheap). it's not the complete exhaust system, just the muffler (Carlsson PN: 18 33 0150) and tips (Carlsson PN: 18 33 0171).

had it installed at Harbor Motorsports in Santa Ana (one of those special pricing). they did it in about an hour.

i've been having my remus exhaust for a while now and haven't put it on yet because the dual tips are pretty huge and require modifying the bumper because of the amg style rear bumper.

i was wondering if people had pics of exhausts with an 05 c230ss or c32 amg rear bumper??? so i could see what it would look like.....

has anyone modified/cut/shape their bumper for an exhaust???

right now im contemplating whether or not to sell the remus exhaust or not because of this. thanks for your help guys.

jason, i'll take care of it when i get back. just finished with blake's bumper. . that is of course, if you still want to mount the remus muffler.
