Folding Mirrors Thread - All You Want To Know

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
If you parallel park consistently on busy streets or consistently in tight garages, it provides a comfort a guess, but I've yet to be in spot where I thought "gee, I really need folding mirrors here."
On an SUV or large sedan, that is a different story (ever seen the mirrors on a Ford Excursion?).
Any pictures?
How hard is it to install these?
Thanks

This can be retrofitted.

- auto folding mirrors
- a choice of daylight sensor (2 types) for when I change glass to 2003 spec
- rain sensor activation
greetingz,
If you can get the front SAM for less expensive, I might be interested in replacing this, so that we can activate the auto folding option (through remote key).
Also, on a side note, I'm noticing condensation recently in the side blinkers (obviously, when the mirrors are folded). Is this just something I should've anticipated or is it most likely the blinkers not being completely installed tight enough?
Any 411 you could give me would be great. As for the pricing on the SAM, if you and Wanda could email me the info, that'd be great.
Thanks.
