BlkBenz8 is going to have to be carefull with his car. On 19" you have so little space to play with but at least he will be able to adjust properly with CO's. I would always do brakes & suspension first & then get wheels that work.
I think he can come down in the front but hope it doesn't rub over a bump with the wheels turned. He might end up having to raise the tail slighly to get the attitude of the car aerodynamically correct. I don't know what his wheel offsets are but he can always roll the wheel arches. It's rubbing on the inside that gives you little place to go & I hate spacers.

I can see no reason why not. It certainly would not be a retrogressive move. Do the front first & see what it's like. You can always do the back later if it bugs you. I would not drop the back any further. You could consider just putting an AMG or similar sway on the back.

My car was the test mule for the 230K SS TEIN suspension. Since I had the 2004.5, I had upgraded springs already and they were able to get a better drop percentage off all the products they offer for suspension as compared to other manufacturers (H&R and Eibach were the earliest ones).
Anyhow, the TEIN Basic's give you about the same feeling in ride comfort as the Sport Suspension. Honestly, do a lot more research prior to your deciding on a setup. You'll be happier in the long run, based on people's experiences.

See this pic of FrankW's car. This is right or even more so like Splinter has. Splinter's is more of a track setup though. Frank's is perfect for the road.

You're gonna have to double check that it clears your BBK. 2005 has a bigger front caliper than Hellsangels 2002, so i would do a test fit first....

The lug pattern and the offsets might all be correct, but the 2005 and up C230's have a BBK. Trust me If you haven't seen for yourself these exact wheels on a 2005 C230 & up, you're gonna want to test fit the wheels before you get them, or make sure you are buying from a store that takes returns. The mesh on that wheel looks kinda curved and im assuming the pic is the rear wheel, cuz your not gonna be able to get that much lip on the front. If youre not getting wheels from a place like HRE, DPE, iForged, or any place that custom makes wheels to your exact specs, then you should make sure they guarantee fitment.

I'm running the TSW Bremmas on my car....19x8.5 in front and 19x9.5(edit
) in the rear...call/e-mail Neal at Euroteck(sp) he'll be more then happy to to help you check your off-sets.I choose the TSW's because there was no need for wheel spacers.Nice looking wheel btw.BTW I have a 05' as well.

ya i mean the offsets is all thats really important isn't it? and these are 32 front and 35 rear with 19" i should be able to fit 6piston amg bbk under them...right? and just for the record i'd hardly consider the 2 pistons they put on the '05 up c230 a bbk though i know what you mean...
