W203/CL203 Aftermarket Wheel Thread - All you want to know

Ok so I posted this question on my thread but I only got a response from phister. I will be taking delivery of KW Varient 1 Coilovers this wednesday and have recently become very nervous with the wheel/tire fitment. As said before, the wheels ate 18x8.5 ET32 front and 10x10 ET36 rear. I know people have said that KW coilovers run a bit fatter than most factory suspension. I do not have any spacers available and was planning on bringing the coils and tires to the shop friday to get everything squared away. I want to have the wheels on at the time of the install so I can make sure the alignment is done to fit the larger wheels. Does anyone foresee any issues with this. I am not all that familiar with the stock dimensions like many others are, so if anyone (besides Phister, thanks by the way) has any input, it would be great. Thanks!

Legit. splinter has a post about eccentric bolts that he used. They should be used where the fluted bolts can't give you the camber (usually negative) that you desire. Make sure that they are from a reputable supplier as we are talking suspension here & safety is paramount.

Ah darn. I won't be able to tell. I came across these on eBay and the seller is also selling rear camber kit for $80. It seems like this is a new product because he has no sale yet.

Found 'em. Here is what splinter fitted. Maybe you should PM him for advice.

Benz will tell you that they wanted the adjustment in one plane only which an eccentric does not do. All BS.

Really starting to want to get a set of BBS LM reps again after waiting another month to find a used set I am thinking of just saying F*ck it and buying another set and figure out the spacer thing and all that. Whats everyones opinion on getting non staggered over staggered? The reason I was thinking about doing this was that I could that way get around running spacers in the rear and just running spacers in the front because the offset would work out for the rear not to need spacers. I read somewhere that it could mess up the ABS and traction control and all. Is that true? Also would a wheel with 35 and 40 offsets with 12mm spacers look aggressive on our cars?

About time to take off my wheels so I can sell em. Going to go a cheap route and run on reps so I can slam the car before I decide what I am going to do with it.
Should I go BBS LM reps? Or BBS RS reps (It's random but different because there's BBS LM rep everywhere). Just happen to run into these on VWVortex and it happen to be in MB fitment.
BBS LM rep - 19x8.5-9.5 et 35 front et 40 rear
BBS RS rep - 18x8.5-.9.5 et 35 front et 40 rear
Here's a pic of the RS rep

They're 66.6 bore too :p. They're currently about 1200 for a set.. although the vendor said PM for a Special Price. If it's 999 I'll probably bite and re use my tires. Was debating what color though. Gold for the giggles (gold on silver lol), cliche gunmetal, or safe with silver.

it must be a signed to go gold because some dude is selling 19x8.5-9.5 gold lm reps for $800 with fresh tires. Chikara reps (not sure how they are with reps).
edit: Would I be able to test fit a wheel with 60.1 center bore? I know it won't fit but I want to test fit them to see the fitment if i need spacers or not.
Or would anyone know what spacers would I need for a 19x8.5 et 35 and 19x9.5 et 40 to be flush? Hoping for flush but also tucked in so I can drop it all the way. With this option I'll be able to go with custom spacers that are hubcentric to the hub and hubcentric to the wheel.

Thanks! Interesting, pww with the 18" staggered setup went with 15mm in the front and 10mm in the rear.
Wonder if there a reason for the 18x8.5 et 35 18x9.5 et 40 to need 15mm front and 10mm rear? Whereas the 19x8.5 et 35 19x8.5 would need 10mm front and 15mm rear?

15mm in front is going to push it past the fenders quite a bit in the front with +20 offset. Be prepared to have to roll the fender quite a bit and buy some tires to stretch or you'll be rubbing a lot. I have +20 in front and had to run 215 to stretch them so it wouldnt rub and it still rubs a bit since I lowered the fronts more with the BC's. I would do as skankz said and do 10 in front and 15 in rear to get +25 all around. it'll be flush

Et 40 rear you only need a 5mm. If you run 10mm innthe rear, you will need to run 245 on 18 or 255 on 19. 255 18 or 265 19 will rub with et30 if you dump it down.

Ah thanks guys.
Does anyone have pictures of any w203's with 17's? Aftermarket of course. I was debating if i should just go for the authentic BBS RS's. There's a 17x8 et 35 17x9 et 35 for sale.. Was thinking to go full polished if 17's would look okay.
I'm thinking it may look too small.

Out Of Control!!
Yeah, if you're going aftermarket, 17's are step back in the wrong direction, unless you're tracking your car and need as light of a rim as possible (and in that case, BBS wouldn't be a good pick anyway). Just my opinion.

Thanks!
So it's safe to say this is my setup if I were to go 18x8.5 et 35 and 18x9.5 et 40 and dumping it (correct me if i'm wrong):
215/35/18 front w/ 10mm spacer
245/35/18 rear w/ 15mm spacer
Would this setup be flush and i'll be able to dump it with no rub?

Pww also has a c55 with slightly wider front fenders. Et25 is max you can go on 8.5 if you dont want to rub on 225. If you dump it down, you will need 215.

I ran 255 toyo t1r on my 19x9.5 LM on et27 and those barely cleared with my zero camber setup.
