how is the car driving now?

Did you flush out ALL of the trans fluid? I ask you this because you said the trans fluid looked green... I am thinking the coolant is mixed in with the trans fluid.

Did you open the coolant reservoir and see if the coolant looks ok?

Green just means oxidized according to Blackstone.
It's normal, it turns green with use.
Mine has 40K miles on it now, and it's green again.
Amazing what a fluid change can do.

Okay cool.. Lol i was freakin out for a second..

Seems fine besides the pan gasket leakin a little. Just re torqued the bolts.

Its not coolant because the coolant is not green in our cars.. its Yellow.. If you have green coolant i would change that out of your system asap!

1st coolant from the factory was actually Blue.
Yellow since then!
Yes, the tranny fluid turns green faily quickly as compared to how long it lasts.
Blackstone had stated that green was oxidized, and that
it meant it was bad, but I think mine was green in less than 20K miles, and the tranny still feels fine,
but I plan to do a drain and fill and new filter soon vs. a full flush, like every 40K or so.

Are you sure it's not coming out of the 'plug'? Often that leak is misdiagnosed as a leaking pan gasket. This is the second pan gasket in a short time for you....correct?

A plug washer weep is the only minor leak I've ever had on my car.

if you are asking about the bushing for the trans connector...
MB genuine bushing (with 2 o-rings) is around $9. I am positive every MB dealer stocks them by the buckets :-)

The electrohydraulic bush is A 203 540 02 53 - I have a spare on my computer stand. $8 at RMeuropean. You can't buy the O rings separate any longer.

My other question is.

Now that im getting the plug. Do i have to remove all the fluid from the tranny just to change the plug?

no, you don't need to remove the trans fluid for replacing that bushing. If you tilt the front end of the car slightly higher, then you can ensure that no fluid comes out.

While I am confident that any significant amount of trans fluid would not come out, to be safe, have 1 qt of trans fluid handly... to replenish if small amount of fluid comes out.
