I'm looking for the laurel wood window switch trim for my '05 C230K. I see some folks on Ebay list the same part for model years 01-07 (Mercedes 01 07 C Class Right RH Passanger Side Rear Window Switch Wood Cover | eBay) and others make the distinction between 01-04 and later years (01 04 Mercedes Benz C230 C240 C320 Master Power Window Switch Wood Trim | eBay)

Which one is right? Do the face lift cars have different trim around the door switches?

If you edit your post in Advanced Mode, there is a Miscellaneous Option to "Automatically embed media (requires automatic parsing of links in text to be on)." - you want to uncheck it and then it will be just the links :y

To my knowledge there is no difference between pre & post facelift door switch trim.

I can't confirm 100% for sure just yet, but a few weeks ago I took a gamble and purchased all four door panels from a C32 for my C55 and am having the trim skinned in CF by oCarbon. I did a side-to-side comparison before I shipped it all out and I agree with Glyn. I couldn't discern a single difference. If you have a few weeks to wait, I can confirm 100% after I get it all installed

I have some time. I have the door trim pieces so they aren't the ones I really need. If I understand what you're saying, I think you're probably right that if they are the same, the switch trim will probably be the same too.

Sorry, guess I wasn't very specific when I said trim..it looked to me like the switch trims were absolutely identical pre- and post-facelift.

I'll get you 100% confirmation as soon as I can
