CEL w/ o2 Sensor, Replaced O2 and still throwing codes

Had a CEL for a bit of time, so I decided to change both the front o2 sensors out with ones from on my '02 c320.

Went to
http://www.boschautoparts.com/Vehicl...artFinder.aspx

I bought this, Upstream Right:

Amazon Amazon

And then this, Upstream Left:

Amazon Amazon

Both part numbers are what Bosch recommends for my car. Took it to my local shop to have them change it out, as I needed them to look to see if I needed new control arms (which I do).

Once I replaced them, CEL was still on. Did a reset with a hand tool, then it came back on with P0134 and P0135 codes. Sometimes the car idles rough now. If I remember correctly, Bank I Sensor 1 is the passenger side (right) of the vehicle (cylinder 1 is on the 'left' side of the engine if you are looking at the car from the front)

Did I purchase the wrong o2 sensor? Or? It seems one of the sensors seems to work OK, but the other one is not working.

While the sensor connect properly to the connector socket, it should be OK,

do you check if there is any leaks in the sensors area or cats joints..!??!

I didn't think that affected my engine since it's the M112 based one?

When I take it back to the shop I'll have them look for it.

I like M112, it's a great Engine, exactly the same of M113 platform,

Emission system is these Engines are little sensitive to the ECU, during to the EGR recycle,,

BTW; do you recently removed or change any of cats....??

The cats have not been changed. The same code has existing for the right side of the engine before and after I've changed the o2 sensor

P0134 = O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P0135 = O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Your engine orientation is correct. Cyl one is bank one RHS bank from drivers seat.

You either have a dud sensor or a wiring/plug issue.

Replaced o2 sensor again with

Mercedes-Benz Oxygen Sensor - BOSCH - 0258006167 / 16167 - NEW OEM MB O2
Bosch 0258006167 / 16167 - MB # 0015405017 - Direct Fit

Still throwing the same codes. Probably wiring harness from ECU to o2 plug?

Sounds that way I'm afraid. Clean up all plugs with switch cleaner.

I've attempted to look on EPC for the wiring part numbers (from o2 plug to engine ECU), just in case, but I cannot locate them.
