I was driving to work one day and my compressor clutch broke into pieces and fell off my car i pulled over and turned car off. I got it towed home ordered a new drive belt and compressor i installed it put the car on vacuum for 15mins and no leaks so i installed my ac gauges and started car turned ac on full blast and open the Freon to charge system and nothing happens. I can even put one can in the compressor never cycles on and today i tried to charge it again and no luck also i noticed today my ec reset light is on and i cant get it to go off. i have searched the web and tried different thing to reset the ec reset light so the compressor will come on and charge my system please advise and thanks for your help

reset the fault codes... you not supposed to fill the system by running it anyway! why did it fail in the first place. compressor is probably kaput!

you connect a diagnosis tool like star or similar then u communicate with AC system and clear the "AC pressure too low" fault. EC button will function as normal again

The Pulley failed possibly due to compressor piston seizure. There is no clutch. This is a swash plate compressor!
