Clear Side Mirror Blinkers (HELP)
Hi Guys..
How you doing..
I hope all vehicles running well with you..
Any way I just got a Clear Side Mirror Blinkers for $53 each side..
And am looking to install it, but I have no idea on how to remove the cover to fit the new one.
BTW , what about the light in the bottom of the side mirror, any extra wires that connect to it..???
I hope to get ur help soon to install them and show it to you..

I saw many many many in spare parts store which came from Germany..
Some with few scratches because of cargo shifting.. but it still new after polishing lol..
I select the best and the clearest one as my car colore..

You will have to modify the connector on that assembly as it is different from the one on your C. There have been several posts on this. I'm too lazy so you will have to
for yourself. There also have been some that tell you how to remove the covers as well.
Now if you want to keep that puddle light active you will have to find a way to tie it into the one on the bottom of your door.

But am still looking for the instruction of how to remove the cover at least.. once i saw the steps in this forums but i did search agine and didnt find it yet..
About the bottom light am thinking to connect it with the any light which turn on while click on the remote while openning the doors.. is it good idea???

wouldn't it be easier to just remove the lenses from the W211 housing, put them in you W203 housing. you will still have to modify the connector from a 4 pin to 2 pin though. since the C doesnt have a 4 pin connector, the light on the bottom of the housing, i dont think will work.
i went to the dealership and they printed out the instructions for me on how to remove the housing. you push the housing towards the rear of the car, until almost parallel with the door. there is a slot on the inside of the housing, near the area where the inside of the turning indicator is. then take a flathead screwdriver and push down the clip in that slot and then you are able to slide the cover off. ill try and take some digital pics and post if the 1 byte rule isn't still in effect. the pain in the butt for me was trying to resnap the slip in place when putting everything back together. it took me like 10 min to figure it out on the first cover. once i learned how it was easier for the next.
