Hello, is there any where on this site that can provide me with a vehicle service record if I provide the Vin#?

go to the dealer and get one. my SA printed me out a copy in May.

Some dealers will only give you the service records if you are the current owner of the car, or have the written permission of the current owner.

Not my dealer, he'll give complete printed reports to anyone that asks, probably along with customer data. I complained after finding out someone pulled by info and they made a note not to give out info on my car. I guess being dumb dealers they don't feel they need to comply with state and federal laws regarding customer privacy like Sarbanes-Oxley, Gramm-Leach-Bliley or California Civil Code 1798.29 and 1798.82-1798.84 and SB 1386. Maybe a letter to the state attorney general's office or FTC may help them understand. Legally, after the breach with my account they are legally obligated to notify all customers on that system that a breach has occured, afterall, the same computer probably houses loan apps, account - license - SS numbers.

How about finding out what upgrade packages my car came with from the factory if I have the VIN ( WDBRF40J65A703687 ) ? Is there a place to find that on the 'net ?

I don't think that there are any websites out there that you can type in the VIN and get info...your dealer CAN do it, but unfortunately it's at their discretion if they WANT to give it to you.
