-----\__------\______
Euro spec and US spec bi xenon are both for cars with the steering wheel on the leftside...UK spec bi xenons (look into the projector and see wether it sais LV or RV in there) are for cars with the steering wheel on the rightside and will blind uncoming traffic when used in cars where people drive on the rightside of the road rather then on the leftside of the road...

greetingz,
oh, ok...I wasn't sure wether 1000USD is a good deal for bi xenons - that are known for their superior light at night - to be used with a flatline lightpattern which gives less useable light then with the halogen lights. If it is all about the upated look of the car that is to be driven in daylight it is OK, I guess.
greetingz,
Ok ok, I only meant by a flat cutoff pattern when it shines on a wall, without the ---\___---\___ . I am getting a very good visibility with it, but why did you have to get all over me? You have a lot of satisfied customes who bought their Bix from you, I am just another happy Bi xenon owner who bought it from some other guy....does that make me not welcomed to this board? Maybe you are right, it is just the updated look I wanted the most, anyways, I am still happy with the upgrade.
greetingz,

greetingz,
I would be happy if I get a Bix too, US/Euro/UK side blah blah blah...whateva as long as they lights up the road. He already said hes getting great visibility, so big deal if it was meant to be for the other side of the road
$950 you were gonna sell me this:

greetingz,
but Gixtom, seriously, no one will notice those scratches once they are installed on the car.
If you wish to donate, please put your spare change & bills in the bucket at the August 21st SoCal MB Meet ! Cash receipts will be given on request.
Cheers.

My situation: I have a 2004 C320 that came with the OEM halogen headlights. I recently drove a car with Xenon lights and was amazed at the difference and now would like to know about retrofitting the bi-xenon lights for this car. First, has anyone successfully done it? I've seen some headlight assemblies on ebay and was wondering is it just as simple as switching out the old headlights for the new? Or is it more complicated than that (I briefly did a web search and found that some people said you have to take it to the dealership to program them). Is that the only extra thing that needs to be done?
Thanks a lot
your gonna catch some flak for this one.
btw, welcome!

However, if you did read some of the prior post you should have also read that you'll have to fork over $1,200.00-$1,500.00 for the real factory Bi-Xenons and installation. But other that that you're all set.
BTW, thanks Steve for letting me pick the lights up. Tell Wanda thank you also and sorry for showing up at her door so early in the morning.
