negatives of the c320 sport/lux sedan

That seems a bit low even for a newer engine. I typically got 25 mpg average during the 1st 1000 miles, then went up to around 26-27 mpg (now at 2500 miles). I have an 04 C320 luxury sedan.

-stock shocks are too soft and need more rebounce control.
Thanks to some real smart marketing who says US market like a softer shock
than the Europe market. They put softer shocks on US market.
-wiper control should be on the right and not lumped onto the left signal.
-Relative roomy back seats (good) but very narrow foot gap for exiting from
rear doors. (This is true to most other cars in the same class as well)
Things I like on the c320:
-Solid engine.
-Solid chassie. Run over the uneven surfaces and you will know.
-Solid transmission.
-Left/Right manual auto shift control is more logical to me than
those system (e.g. BM and Audi/VW) which you have to shift to
a "side slot" and then go up/down. The up/down is fine, but the
additional step of moving out to a "side slot" is not.
on the 2005 model, the material that covers the inside of the back wheels got some kind of a fabric in it. I had noticed it after washing my car so I checked my dad's mercedes and his was pure plastic with no fabric.
Just to be sure that 2005 C-class sedans were all like this, I drove to the dealers and checked out the cars on the lot. They were all like this.
The fabric element is ok. It's just that I have never seen it used on other cars.
