Can't pump gas in...??
and this all happen right after I removed my rear seats to apply dynamats...

I think this happens because the tank isn't getting proper ventilation so the gas vapors are going back up to the pump and it cuts off.
And if their an obstruction in the way so the flow gets restricted then it flows over if the flow rate of the pump is to high (think of pouring liquids down a funnel)
I know that a lot of cars have a magnetized(?) hatch that only opens when you let it get in contact with the fuel pumps nozzle, but that is directly visible so you would see if it was that.
But as stated, there is most probably some obstruction in the pipe with that behavior.

Yeah the big difference is the taxes ofc.
But if you see to an average income after taxes the prices of gas is still much higher for the swede compared to the american.
In the end its always about what you have left in your pocket that matters.
