I talked to my service guy at the dealer he told me that they don't drain TC anymore because there was no plugs(?) that can drain TC. I don't get it.

i know my 2012 c350 has a plug to drain the tc. im not sure how they do it without the tc drain plug

they have a drain. if its the 722.9 transmission. only some early 2008 production ones don't. if you need the Updated WIS Document from their dealerships I can provide it.

outdated documents aren't credible according to my dealership. theyll use it saying that's outdated. etc.

Absolutely. They are not supposed to violate the WIS. Just tell them to do it to the book & show them you know the method!

Snow, I hope they do their job right , they like charging the full price with a half job attitude, we take our cars to certified Mercedes service shops for a reason. I hope it works out.

We have caught out a couple of non MBSA owned dealerships in SA doing half a job. All cars here are sold with the Mobilodrive Plan (Motorplan). They charge MBSA for doing the full WIS service & then only do half the job.
