Oh, very nice! But I have 2010 pre-facelift C300. Hopefully its not too different and hopefully I will not have to change the steering column, but I might... in order to get the illumination to work on buttons. Today I already purchased the steering wheel from W205, we will see what happens

well I took apart the old steering wheel control module/contact plate and realized its too different in order to attempt a swap. Next thing is to swap out the steering column. I don't want to rush in to it and gathering as much info as possible before I start taking the dash apart.

No not really...

Seller of the steering will only had one for sale.

You just need to check regularly and sometimes good deals pop up. There is one seller from Germany that sells brand-new steering wheels with airbags but the price also reflects new not to use.

I did this now on my GLK from2009. Added the new FL column and W205 Wheel, No buttons work, Light works though. Actually one of the buttons made the horn sound but thats it. Ideas?
