Nice! I had a 2012 A5 Prestige with the B&O. The car drove nice and sounded good but I could not do those seats. Ended up letting my wife have it. She loved that thing. You're definitely stepping up with the C, and the Burmester.

here is a pic of the AMG badge I bought off ebay. I got the matte black one as I was going to see if it would work somewhere on the all weather floor mats, but that's a no go. couldn't find a spot for them. but they were $9. so maybe ill stick it on my computer tower at work.

but here is what it looked like against the cup holder cover. too big for sure. but figured id snap a pic for your reference.

Well I was hoping to install those laser jammers tomorrow but with my luck ups lost the package. 1 in a million chance and it happens to me... Wtf well at least my Valentine will be in tomorrow :/ still hoping for a miracle and that they find it and it gets here tomorrow but not holding my breath.

Looks like the caliper is painted gold. Is that the stock rim with face white? Hard to tell with that close of a view.

I was thinking of painting my calipers red.

Yep I'm taking more photos in the morning. Rim is the stock 19" gloss black and metallic. I was thinking about Red but bright red wouldn't match the cranberry red interior. It's also a little overdone imo. I see people painting drum brakes red haha

My C450 is now in its way between Germany and France. Should arrive here around Tuesday. Delivery on Thursday if everything OK !!!!

How much off MSRP can I get Dealer to take off on a current inventory C450's ?
I would not even consider the car everyone is test-driving (the one i drove has 370 miles)
My CA is working on numbers to see how much a $61,930 will run for.
My tester was a $62,070 ( loved it )

Is anyone buying them at invoice/under/or how much over?

Be sure to look at C450's only as they are not getting discounted quite as heavily as the C300s right now. Somewhat area dependent, but range seems to be 5-10% off of MSRP, maybe a bit more if you qualify for USAA or other Fleet discounts.

I got my dealership to take $3,000 off MSRP by just showing them a print out from TrueCar. Unfortunately, I just got an update today on my order and learned its estimated time of production is in the 2nd decade of March.

Placed my order Dec 19th. I'm from MI. Didn't mention any delays due to options, although I do have it equipped with pretty much everything. Just gave the explanation that the 450s are only produced during "specific times." He then said it may get bumped up and if it does he will let me know.

You ordered 2 weeks after me, and your estimate build is 6 weeks after mine so a 4 week longer build, not too bad. My dealer did say that they were modifying an existing stock order for me, not sure if that was true or if it had any impact on timeline. I'll see if I can get an update this week, as I've heard nothing since order.

Ordered a c450 with msrp $63,715. I was able to negotiate to $60,200 and then added $2000 credit from AMA discount for a final price of $58,200.

Thanks. It is a step up for sure but the A5 stays for me one if the most beautiful car never made in this specific segment. daSilva did a tremendous job.

Thanks Brutus. It is indeed a bit large. The cover badge should be around 7/9 cms instead of 20 like yours.
I may go for the same sticker that goes on the steering wheel.

haven't found a spot to put it. thought about on the engine cover above or below the star. but it might end up on the a/c unit in the garage.

Pinged my dealer and heard my car is setup to build in the next 10 days, with delivery by likely early February. (Iridium w/ Cran & 360 camera among other things in case it matters)

Of note, I'm in Canada and asked about the Night Package and found that while you can't order it, it is apparently standard for Canadian builds.

I hate to say it, but that is not the case. Night pack is not standard in Canada.

Here is another member's Canadian C450 (nadeau)... As you can see the exhausts are chrome and so is the diffuser, etc. That is mostly what the night package is, along with the front spoiler accent being black.




All C450's have black mirrors and window surrounds, however. Perhaps that is what you are referring to?

Ya, I see that. I'd like all the black parts honestly, but the window trim is key. Looking at my archive of pics, I see the black on most colors, save for the black which is very clearly chrome which I didn't like - actually pushed me away from Black.

I don't care for the headlights, it makes the front-end look too bulbous but the rest of the car isn't too bad. Dash is smooth. I'm with you though, much rather have the C450.
