Headlight issue-digital light package (dark shadows below the headlight line)

EleBest programmed mine. I also raised my headlights a bit above the 25’ line to help when the intelligent high beam isn’t on. I may have raised it too much as some hills cause the box around cars to pop up into their rear window.
The programming took about 3 to 4 hours.
EleBest takes his time and communicates with you the entire time.
if you drive at night on darker roads, this is worth it. If you’re not often on dark roads, eg, not many street lights, it may not be worth it. Still pretty magical though.

On the mbusa site, when configuring a new car it says "DIGITAL LIGHT technology can project visual alerts into the driver's view. A variety of icons can appear on the illuminated roadway, to help alert you to detected issues such as construction zones, pedestrians, lane drift or following too closely."
Mine doesn't project any visual alerts onto the surface and my dealer says its a GLE feature.

If the adviser comes back to you with excuses or tells you "they're fine", talk to the service manager/foreman and/or try another dealer. The warranty adjustment period is only (12mo/12kmi?), so don't put off having the headlights adjusted or expect to be charged. Similar to a parking brake adjustment, if not caught by the dealer during the PDI it becomes the owner's responsibility to bring it to the dealer's attention and pay (if outside the warranty period).
Or are certain functions limited by region?

Our 2024 GLC300 has the same issue with our digital lights. Further, we've never seen the projections. We have paid to subscribe ($150/yr) to all available items (projection included) and enabled all available projections in MBUX. My wife first noticed the shadows driving at night, April 2024. I've taken it to the dealer and I showed them the issue. They looked at another vehicle with digital lights and told me the shadows were there too. So, there was nothing they could or would do.
I wrote to MBUSA 3 times. Provided pictures and a video. No response. I wrote again a few weeks ago expressing my frustration with Mercedes stating my next email was to NHTSA. This is a night time driving safety issue. Someone from MBUSA finally called last week. She was calling to gather information before referring me to the next level support. That person called me today. He wanted me to make a service appointment at the dealer and let him know when the GLC300 would be in the shop. He would coordinate with the dealer to verify the issue and how to proceed. The appointment is Thursday 7/30 at 8am.
I encourage everyone with this issue to write or call MBUSA.
I'll provide an update when I get more information.
Thank you, Sal

1. Jagged teeth shadows (exactly like yours)
2. Inconsistent and mostly non-existent projections while driving
3. Side lighting when making a turn no longer a feature. This one was huge when making right turns on dark streets.
