Info on changing Transmission oil/filter and differential fluid

Can anybody point me to a link for transmission oil/filter diy service and differential fluid change?

I am at 36,000....and want to do this by my 40,000.

Also...what recommended ATF fluid have you used for the CLS63.

Any help would be great. I am trying to do this myself instead of paying the dealer $365.00.......

I know the oem gasket and filter for the tranny is $36.00....just not sure how many quarts of ATF to buy.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that link is for the 7G-tronic. I know the CLS55 has the 5speed and I'm assuming the CLS63 does as well, so that link is not what you're looking for.

I just checked with the dealer...my 2008 CLS 63 is equipped with the 722.9 transmission....so for me...this link would work.

I just changed the transmission fluid and filter on my 2006 cls55 amg and it does indeed have a five speed auto trans. Mine also had a garbage plastic pan that had warped and was leaking which prompted the change since it had lost enough fluid that it was not engaging properly so I ordered an OEM metal pan and its tight, no leaks and shifts perfectly.
