I feel like maybe it's adapting again...anyone else running into this. I'm going to try a throttle reset tommorow and see if I see improvement or if it's just me getting used to it. I can still break the tires looks and feather the throttle to get grip, but I feel like it's less responsive than that first day.

If its adapting then surely its a bad thing isnt it ??? the whole point was to avoid resseting all the time

Mine was adapting also - not to the point that you couldn't tell you had the SB any more though, but the car wasn't as 'edgy' as the first week.
I removed my SB a week ago, did a reset, and reinstalled the SB today along with resetting - the car definitely feels like the first day I installed the SB.

I was reading in another thread that there are two different versions of the sprintbooster. There is supposedly a more aggressive one and I guess a less aggressive one? Is this true? And if so, what is the name of the more aggressive one so I buy the right one?

The sprint booster has a generic part for all mercedes models. The only difference is the type of transmission, an auto or manual.

Guys,
I removed my Sprint Booster from my car. Not because it's a bad product, but because my car behaved like I was drag racing from almost every stoplight. It accelerated too quickly for my taste. It was like I was on a roller coaster
; the throttle is very sensitive. Or I might just have a heavy foot. 
Before I had the Sprint Booster, the throttle response was already pretty darn good. I never had to manually shift. If anybody in LA or OC wants to try it out, they can let me know. I'm probably going to show it to some people and see if they want to try it on their cars. Otherwise, it goes up for sale on ebay.

Guys sorry for the the dumbass question but can someone please verify where the sprintbooster actually fits, im 99.9% that it fits in the socket just above the gas/accelerator pedal in the drivers footwell but can someone please verify it for my own piece of mind, even a pic or two would be great if possible. 
I just want to know ive installed it in the right place.

yes it fits in-line on the connector at the back of the accelerator pedal,
it will only go on one way so i can't imagine it being fitted incorrectly and you should definitely feel a difference so if not perhaps you've got a dud

Sprint booster on its way back to greece after a brief conversation with Mr Boulekos, one of the pins was snapped on the plug so im waiting for a replacement from the guys.
So back to your previous post, Your most likely to be the number 1 carrier of the SB in the uk.

pretty easy install and you really don't need any manuals.
verdict: THIS SB IS A MUST FOR ANY MB PRODUCT.
IF YOU WERE THINKING OF PULLIES, FILTERS, PLUGS, WIRES.. PLEASE DO THIS MOD FIRST.
I think I have made my pont bold enough..
I have only pullies right now and some other light mods.. but the pull on my C32 is much more harsh than my E55.
The E55 has a brute force but very controlled.. the C32 pulls just about the same... (from a stop) but it a bit more raw.
During rolling speed at around 40, it gets to the power band much quicker. There is still a lag in kick down, but it won't be as long. Only occurs on certain speeds and of course gear.
I'm planning to put the resonator back, to get more back pressure under 2900 rpms or (When the engine is working without the Kompressor). I have a feeling the lag I feel at around 2k is due to lack of some back pressure. I will report on that soon or before I sell the car.
As mentioned before, I know drive in C mode (W for some of you). I have C mode since they updated my tranny ECU and new tranny due to jerking.
S mode is very good, but now reserved when needed.
ESP is always on now.

I thank GOD I did not order one for my E55, it would be scary to drive. Instead I'm doing an ASP pulley on the E55. The natural torque of the E55 is enough to move the car, until the Kompressor kicks in.
Also the E55 is my family car and I don't want to make it too sensitive for the wife.

Normally when I come out of a corner, or want to just pass someone with moderate speed, I would put the throttle about where I think it should be and it wouldn't down-shift - it would just bog - so I would give it a little more gas and by now it's going a little faster...fast enough that it wouldn't want to downshift with what I thought of as requisite force - so now I have FLOOR it just to get it to down shift, and of course the car is fast, so I'm HAULING ***, when really I just wanted to go 'kinda fast'.
Also the tranny is schizophrenic; can't decide what ****en gear to be in. All that BS is gone now. The car is doing what I tell it, and I have a continuum of behavior at my disposal, as opposed to a car that is FAST AS HELL OR a car that is about like a C320.
