Tubro setup looks great! Can't wait to see what happens.

yeap u r right
i have a lot of factors to consider although this is a e class, there is virtually no space at the bottom, i got to do a lot of things and it takes years of experience with turbo cars, although this is the first turbocharge project on a european car.
this car is not mechanically completed yet actually , it is a m112 2.6l , where i will take apart the engine and see what i got to change inside . the engine is out today and i will do that tommorow, 8.5 or 9 compression pistons is a must and probably conrods and other parts as well. boost will be at 0.8bar . the turbo each make 260hp @ 1.2 bar . It is a Garrett GT2871R Ball Bearing, where i had the front housing changed to a smaller A/R due to the housing not small enough to clear the bottom.
The manifold is made out of sch10 3mm thick aluminium elbows, we cut and join elbow by elbow to make it a success. 2 x tial 38mm wastegate is to replace the actuator because there is no place to clear the actuator....
for the top, 2 x hks filter is chosen because of no place for carbon airbox or bigger filters as the engine bay is already tight.
the original oil cooler is being removed and the power steering filler tank will be relocated as well, i am using a adaptor , putting a external air-air oil cooler as well as a japanese type high flow oil filter, the oil intake to turbo will come from here as well.
for the gearbox oil cooler, currently its using the one from the radiator, so i am going to close the oil line up and re route the hose to use a air-air atf filter as well.
i am not worried bout the management actually, when this car was stock the powermod made 10hp for me n/a mode, this ecu works by crank angle and is able to tune ignition and fuel, if needed, they have independant injector mode where it takes over the whole fuel control, and it runs on its own map sensor.

okay
this is what i decide on fuelling, i am not going to upgrade injectors, instead i will drill 6 holes on the plenum and add in 6 low impendance injector for the turbo, as soon as the map sensor detect boost, the injector will kick in for additional fueling leaving the orginal fuel injector in tact for closed loop / cruising.

Updates guys,
I am still unable to find a C32 bottom, so while waiting, we had decided to proceed with the plan on the stock 10:0 compression engine, which will enable us to run about 6~7 Psi of boost safely .
The oil return is a headache now as there is not enough gravity from the turbos to the sum, so we decided to run a external cannister with a oil return pump and pump the oil back into the heads straightaway, as for oil feed,we are taking it off the oil filter , the oil filter housing will be removed, a external flange will be made. This effort is also cause we would like to make a air-air engine oil cooler unit and a external oil filter adaptor probably running those big toyota high flow filters , oil feed to the turbos will also be taken from there, and oil restrictor will be used just incase the feed pressure is too high.
The gearbox cooler that runs through the radiator will also be blocked and we had a external unit plumbed in already, there is too much leak issue with the radiators and we do not hope to deal with it.
i expect to start the car b4 end of next month and get the tune going with the piggy back unit, the piggy back unit made power when the car was N/A and hope its able to tune this car under boost. Since this car is a stock 2.6L 170hp/240nm making about 140hp/200nm on wheels before tuning and 150hp/210nm on wheels after tuning, we expect to get about 270hp/350nm on engine and roughly 230/320nm on wheels.
I am also probably using the water feed lines that is used by the engine oil cooler unit to feed the turbos water lines.
will keep u guys updated.

Hi Guys, an update,
i am opening the engine up today, new valve seals, grind the valves , change the gaskets, and putting in double head gaskets to further lower the compression. Target boost @ 0.6bar .
project the car to be done in less then 3 weeks now.

I'm going to dump the supercharger and put in turbos!
Then I'll dump the turbos and put in a supercharger!
And then I'll.......
Then I'll make the yellow side markers clear!
Then I'll make them yellow again!
Modding is a funny thing.

Don't forget too in your search for the C32 bottom to look at the SRT6 engine as well since it is the same. There have been some on ebay, none currently however, going for pretty decent money too.

Engine rebuilded with double head gasket .
also included are photos of the manifold
the design of both side is different due to the steering rod but they are same length , we measured using water.
