lol
i am redoing a few pipes out, r&d it a bit cause i try to keep everything within the engine bay itself without needing to go under the car or whatsoever.
soon u guys will see something

car has already run-in
found out that the an-fittings on one of the turbos is not properly screwed and it was leaking coolant so we solved the problem, as dyno shops are all petty busy
i am going to dyno run and tune it on tuesday

03 g35 coupe...........02 c32 Sold
you can probably give brandon at code3 a call too. i remember awhile back i asked they had larger injectors, he said he could get them for me if i really wanted them.

okAY
Anthony from tvt replied me and i am talking to rc engineering as well, rc has the injectors just i need to modfy the fuel rail which is piece a cake, my aftermarket ecu can run low impendance injector :P
dyno video is hard to get now but i will try and get some photos
this is stage 1
stage big time is when i get my c32 bottom :P used too much personal budget on this so i got to hold a bit b4 i change my bottom as i just did a 20B-Turbo on my Rx8 with 1300hp :P

Car Running final design
Car Started with a 0.25 bar wastegate spring, its making 25hp wheel per 0.10 bar now.
i am not pushing it yet, gonna run around for another 2000km to test leaks and so on before pushing it again.
its still my stock bottom with additional gasket. my piggyback ecu is able to tune this car without any problem . only thing now is i may need to reflash my ecu just for the Speedcut limit and Rpm Limit, Anyone can tell me if i can bring the rpm all the way up to 6500 without problems ?
the max this car is going is 0.6bar. daily drive @ 0.45~0.5, its running a boost control solenoid hooked up to the ecu itself so i can do variable rpm boost control.
Spec :
Garrett GT2871R x 2 (AR .64 housing <-- big but getting ready for C32 bottom)
Front Housing changed to a smaller unit used by the CA18DET engine since the turbo is hitting on the steering rod side.
Custom Steel Sch10s 3mm thick manifold
Ceramic coating
Tial 38mm x 2
Mac Boost Control Solenoid
Added Engine Gasket
TurboWerx Exa Pump Turbo Scavange Pump
Custom Made oil filler unit for turbo oil return
Hks Racing Suction x 2 (the only unit small enough to fit my application)
Greddy Type RS BOV, recirculated
Greddy Intercooler
Magnaflow Mid Box
Magnaflow cats
Denso Iridium IK22 Plugs (colder plugs for turbo use)
C32 Engine Mouting (harder :P)
Motul 300V 10-40W Engine Oil
Motul ATF-1A Transmission Oil
Motul Gear-FF Sport 2 Diff Oil
Wakos Premix Coolant
All the plumbing works/manifold are done by 2 different exhaust shops
The turbo design are done myself and another good friend from Amprex Racing Team.
The Wiring are done myself as well
Dyno Tune Myself
And Base Map i did it myself.
Car is now cooler then stock as well, maybe because i seperated the engine oil cooler
Idling sits at 80celcius perfectly and when i push it , 90 maximum.
I used Star diagnosis and set the fan to kick in at 70degree.
Do be reminded 90degree idling is common in our country due to the hot and humid weather, its malaysia and sometimes it gets 36degree in the day.

Nice! Looks good bud. Impressive.
I laughed when I saw the magnaflow exhuast components. I've had the stainless maganflow for a year now and its been great! Its funny as everyone has always knocked it as cheap being that its not made in germany. Yet everyone that has heard it loves it.
Love to learn more about the tunning side....

hahaha
i needed a mid muffler and magnaflow got 1, since i am buying the cat from them i might as well as just get it from them.
The boost controller is built in to the ecu
i was tuning the car today and i need new injectors.
car was giving a fuel cut when the fuel injector reaches 100% duty cycle. on 40% part throttle at 0.21bar the car is making 150whp and 230nm. anymore throttle then that the injector goes into 100% duty cycle and fuel cut happens.
I don't know is it a factory boost cut or something but i have clamped the MAF voltage to 5v already.
shopping for some injectors today.

What went wrong with the MAF clamp? Is it a split second unit or something similar? My setup uses a MAF clamp to richen the mixure set at 4.98 Volts, along with a rising rate FMU fuel pressure unit. Not exactly fine tunning but it runs safe and consistant.
What are your thoughts on using an additional second set of injectors run idependantly from a second MAF sensor? Split second makes something like this. The way our intake manifolds are designed it would be somewhat easy to get even spray distribution as you can follow each pleneum and plumb the path leading to each cylinder. Out of boost the car could retain the original settings using the factory MAF and the second MAF/injectors would have their own gig to follow under boost. I guess it would be like two seperate tunes running together. The only tunning being done on the split second unit.
The tuning thing is new to me but I know its time to face it and figure it out. I know I'm missing out with my current setup. What are your thoughts on this?? Would you recomend the piggyback setup you have over others and for what reasons?

the thing is prior to this, my mechanic was the one to tune the car as i was busy, he forgotten to datalog and clamp the maf with values when it was N/A ...
earlier i had all the values clamp at 5v, i thought it should be okay but after reading around i think its not, so now i am trying to simulate the car under vacumme to get the correct clamping value for all the rpm range.
the clamping on my ecu is good as it can clamp every 500 rpm range.
www.powermod.com.au is what i have.
i will upgrade all the 6 injectors to 45lbs and tune it from there.
2 days ago i was making 150 hp / 230nm @ 40 % throttle, 12:1 , injector duty @ 100% and Maf @ 4.9++v . Guess what, @ 0.2bar boost
This Ecu has a function to force the car into open loop so i used that function as well :P
i am going to richen it back a little to 12.5 , after i settle the clamping problem.

Out Of Control!!
If yours is the same as my car at idle it should be 1.32-1.32V and at WOT redline should be 4.75V I was just given this info yesterday from a very reputable source
