LET Powered Shop C32 Hits the Dyno!!!

361Whp and 401Wtrq!!

Congrats to Mustang281man (Brett)

Top line is LET mods and bottom line is Renntech pulley and tune.

This is the first time we have taken her to the dyno since she had the Renntech kit on her.

The mods on this car are as follows:

LET 185mm Pulley
LET ECU Tune
LET Heat Exchanger
Johnson CM30 IC Pump

I'm confident that with the new LET Intake Kit and a custom dyno tune, we will hit the 400\400 mark. In fact, we are very happy with all of our shop cars and their performance on the dyno and at the track.

Here is the graph and video.

You can clearly see that the top end (5000 RPM+) is starving for air.

The tq: seems way high, the cars above have more mods and made less hp: and less tq: like 49lbs less. I looked at mustang 281'a dyno from 1/3/08 with just a renntech pulley and he made 312hp & 337tq thats 64 ft lbs more with just the 185 pulley & tune.

How many more mods does mustang281 have over the two listed cars that gave him such high gains. Seems to me that the 401 tq was a dyno error. I had a similar tq spike while dynoing my v6 procharger mustang. I can't remember what the guy said caused it. When my car showed the spike he dynoed it several more times and it was back down where it should have been. How many dyno's did you run. If you ran more then one with that high of numbers sign me up for a 185 pulley & Jerry tune.

i made 5 pulls i think on saturday. on everyone the torque was around 390-398. let the car cool down for about 30 minutes and made another pull and that when it made the 401tq. both times the car was on the the dyno the same person was opperating it and it was on the same dyno in the sam,e shop. back when it had the renntech pulley on it the a/f was around 12.2-12.7 i beleive. with the LET tune and pulley the a/f was around 11.4-11.8. on a blower car more fuel=more power. if you dont beleive me still and want to pay for me to dyno it again you can come on down to indiana and we can dyno it again. LET products are track and dyno proven. they do work and they do make power.

Great numbers, I should bring mine for a dyno one day too.

Jerry, the torque is awesome, we are seeing a gain of 130+lb/ft if stock is 331lb/ft. That must be the result of the ECU tune.

Keep in mind that you are trying to compare two different dynos from different locations and different cars.

Brett has a custom 1/4 mile track tune on his car that we make changes to frequently. He is also part of the LET shop car program, which means we get test new tunes, parts, etc on his car before the public gets them. His tune is much different than the tune we used on the reference C32.

I have a pulley and tune waiting for you!

WEe had a SRT6 put down 320 HP 377 Tq on a Mustang Dyno with 178 mm pulley, CAI, and LET tune. Flat AFR through the whole thing. I think the tuning has a lot to do with the high TQ number. That extra fuel is really going to good use.

Car ran a 12.2 @ 117 mph on street tires.

great numbers without headers!

basically a stage 1 C32 with a larger HE and pump.

anyway we can see how much more hp/tq is picked up at the earlier rpms.. say 2900 and up?
